As someone who was making pasta by hand for the longest time, this product was such a time-saver. The instructions are so easy to follow, the product is easy to put together, and it's easy to clean as well! It's small and compact too, so it's easy to store away, and you can break it down if needed as well. It makes cutting and rolling pasta dough so much easier. You can control how thin or thick you want your pasta dough to be, and I love that I have options. The product isn't heavy or clunky, and for the price, this is truly a really great starting product for a beginner pasta maker who is still starting out! I can't comment about the clamp sadly because my table isn't built for the clamp (my table is a bit odd shaped lol), so I have to use the clamp in a weird way in order for it to hold in place, but nevertheless it still works really well! So take that as you will!

I don’t think it does anything that other manual pasta maker does, but it works well and is aesthetically nice.

this machine works amazing! it thins out the pasta so fast and it’s so easy to use. my only complaint is that you can only secure it from one side, making it a bit wobbly on the other. but this is not a big deal at all because i was finally able to successfully make homade pasta. this machine has made the process so much easier. it even comes with a pasta recipe and instructions on how long to boil it for and everything. the knob is easy to turn and the lever as well. i wish it had two levers, one for the sheet and one for the slicing. because the pasta was so thin at the end it was hard to grab it while i put the lever on the slicer part without feeling like the sheet was gonna rip. however, all in all, this is a great product for a great price. i definitely recommend

I've been making pasta using pasta makers with youth and adults for 10 years. The Atlas is always going to be a little bit better but this is a great little machine for it's price. Make sure you never wash it. Always keep it dry, which means you must make sure your dough is dry all the way through before you put it through the machine! Always add a little extra flour to your dough and to the machine before starting. Put a little "test" dough through a few times before you use the machine for the first time or you might get some dirt or debris from the factory on your dough. But after a few runs it will be fine. The handles are always going to slip out sometimes, you get used to how to hold it after several tries. This machine operates with the Italian settings (like the Atlas 150), meaning 1 is the widest opening and 7 or 9 is smallest. American settings are the opposite. Great little machine. Love the color! Highly recommend.

Worked well enough but was kind of finicky. Clamp doesn’t work very well and if you lose it, you’re screwed.

This machine is wonderful. Super easy, super stable on the countertop. I loved the process and the product!
