Ignore bad reviews. This is everything i wanted from a travel mug. Looks fantastic. Keeps drinks hot. Doesn’t leak 👏🏻

My son bought this for me and I love it! It is very good quality and looks really nice, having a lovely delicate gold design on white glaze. The lid is quite different and sits inside the top. There is a slight shelf built into the side to stop the lid moving and it works really well. It is a nice weight, slightly heavier because it is ceramic.

nice to drink from, but not a travel mug, absolutely no safety from spillage, might as well be open topped so really just a cup. the top may keep the heat in longer and the walls are thicker. It is however heavy so is easy to drop and break. It could be improved if had a rubber surround and a proper sealable top.

It keeps my drink hot, the cup gets warm but not too hot to hold and the lid comes apart for easy cleaning. For me it's perfect. I've seen bad reviews for it not being leakproof etc and I'm sorry but who is tipping their full cup upside down?? I don't spill my drinks when there is no lid anyway so for me the only function of the lid is to keep the drink hotter and this does that

The cup is ok, but the lid is dreadful! It doesn't fit securely and liquid easily leaks out when tilted. The closing mechanism for the drinking part of the lid is so loose that it flips open with the slightest of tilts also. Ok as a mug, but useless as a travel mug!

A first class seller. Had an issue quickly rectified. Love the black lid as opposed to white which tends to discolour. Perfect size. Great customer service. Recommended

Coffee tastes better with a ceramic or china cup and that's what this cup is. With the marbling, it looks nice but a few things could be better. 1. The top is not a secure seal, meaning it can come off easily. 2. The top is not watertight so if it tips it will spill its contents. 3. It is a vacuum cup that stays hot but is not insulated to the outside so it can be too hot to hold comfortably. 4. As it is hot to handle, a handle would be a nice feature so you don't burn your fingers.

Fantastic just the rite size for my coffee machine that good I had to buy the other quality product please make more would definitely buy again
