Talk to someone who knows about protein rich diet and not just carb-oil-fried food. You need a proper diet. For me the only thing that works is Creatine, high-protein diet and working out like a mad bull (without injuring myself, of course) plus proper rest. But creatine might cause hairfall in some men, don't believe the marketing people who say that it does not - it does. So think before you try anything.
