The item was defective but the company sent me a new one asap. Customer service was top notch.I’m happy with the engraver. It’s easy to use and seems durable. The instructions and tutorials were easy to follow and I love the results that I get from it!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loved it!! She’s pretty crafty, likes lettering and drawing and I am running out of ideas of kits to get her! But engraving is a whole new field of interest for her. What really impressed me: 1. The engraving pen feels solid, has a nice weight to it 2. It comes with so many bits for different materials and use cases 3. You can basically get started right away because the instructions are simple, it’s already charged, and there are starter materials included already 4. Watching the videos on Instagram and online gives us so much inspiration for new projects to engrave. She is starting to engrave some wooden artwork and is thinking about engraving her name on her Stanley cup once she gets more confident. I joke that it was a gift for myself too because I’m sure I will borrow it for my own engraving projects.

So much fun! The number of bits make it so versatile to experiment with various art projects. Easy to use and hold. I love the notch for finger grip/placement. I’ll be etching everything now!

This thing comes attractively packaged, with lots of attachments, and so far it does everything it was advertised – but – really seriously underpowered. If you're a hobbyist and you're going to etch a glass or two, or spend a slow afternoon with some coffee carving your kids names into small trinkets, you're probably going to love this.In truth, I do like the product and is prominently placed on my workshop benchtop. The problem is that it is in fact underpowered if you're doing anything the serious nature this just is the tool for you. I have however used it to mark some leather nametags, and identification numbers to tags on keys, and some other minor tasks. It performed all of these exactly as advertised.One thing I really like about this is that it is easy to hold and easy to manipulate because it's about the size of a heavy ballpoint pen making it very easy to manipulate for small and delicate engraving. I also have some much stronger tools that I can use for engraving work, however, because they're heavy and hard to manipulate I don't dare use them for something delicate.So my four stars is in fact just because of the underpowered nature of this product, but I was aware that would probably be a problem when I purchased it, and I did it anyway.

This engraving pen is awesome!! I love it. I have used it since the first day I received it. I work for an RV Resort and I have used to mark all of our equipment. I e only used one of the many tips so far and it does a great job. It is light weight and easy to maneuver. I love the fact it is rechargeable with a simple USB Cable. It is nice not having to g to plug in a cord to use this engraving pen. It is easy to pack and take anywhere. It was well worth the money spent great value. It is made well and high quality. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an engraving pen. You will be glad you bought it. I’m very happy with mine and would purchase again.

Love this product!! So easy to use with lots of different attatchments. Very happy with this purchae.

I rather enjoyed using this for the 6 days it worked before the motor stopped. It now shows the speed setting it is on, but no turns, despite being fully charged. It was a fun, easy tool to use for a minute, but is now an expensive paperweight. Fit in the hand is good. Battery life was fairly short.

Works as shown, if inexperienced, it will take some patience to adjust and familiarize yourself with tool, bits and surfaces being used. Great experience.
