Good quality great value
This is a great Vacuum pump, i also have a 10 cfm JB and they seem to pull down about the same, the main feature i like is the fact you can change oil on the fly, now the Appion has this feature but this is 1/2 the cost, so far this is my go to pump, i always do several nitrogen purges when i evacuate and it sure makes the Vacuum go deep, normally i get my system to 170 microns and it will hold for 20 minutes below 350, it usually requires an hour of commitment.

Freekin awesome!
Man, I really love this vacuum pump! Oil changes are a snap and completely mess free and super easy! I did my first oil change on my nice pool table with no fear of oil spillage. Takes 10 seconds to change the oil in this beast! Wish they made em up to 12 CFM though.

Just Works
Have been using Feildpeice products and this one is just as durable as the other. Had been put to the test over the time I have had it and has not failed once.

All hvac techs and installers should have this pump.
This thing is awesome. In my line of work we need to vacuum down the systems to a consistent below 500 microns. Meaning, you pull down to below 500 and wait. Because the micron number will rise, possibly past 500 again. This vacuum pump pulls down to 136 microns on average. And then depending on the system I may or may not have to do a second pull down. It was WAY MORE TIME AND WORK to get these kinds of numbers with a 4 or 6 cfm pump. This fieldpiece is an 8 cfm pump. A monster compared to a 4. Itโs pricey but if you want to paint a Mona Lisa you donโt use crayons. Feel me?

Pulled down to 3microns!!!!!
I don't know what not to like about the vacuum pump 4 valve tree and instant oil change only 8oz and dc motor maybe their were bad ones but the ones that work, are working fine and this pump pulls down to 3microns this all depends on a good oil and that's the key I don't use the fieldpiece oil cause it's already yellow I use either vac oil 19, yellow jacket, robinair, jb black gold and diverstech vacuum oil. The diverstech oil is very cheap and very good only 22 a gal, anyway not here to talk about price but this vacuum and if you have a good machine from the factory this will keep working for you.

Junk
They donโt have this model anymore. And the one i got is junk. Never worked, no warranty and now the repairs is $300 plus shipment. If you want a vacuum you should look into NAVAC. I have use that and works perfect.

Trusted name no oil spilling rapid pump
High quality pump, rapid oil change canister, square so it wonโt tip over and spill oil all over your truck like all the other pumps. Iโm a huge fan of this evac pump.

10/10 Recommend
Will pull down average residential system to less than 100 microns in under 15 minutes utilizing Appion 1/2โ hoses with 3/8โ -1/4 connections. Size and oil change versatility make it an attractive unit for the money. Not the cheapest unit but by far the best I have used.
