I’ve tried countless hand creams over the years, but O’Keeffe’s Working Hands is easily the best I’ve found. Working in the plumbing and heating industry means my hands are constantly exposed to water, chemicals, cold weather and rough materials, so they take a real beating. This is one of the few products that genuinely makes a noticeable difference. What impressed me most is that it actually repairs dry, cracked skin rather than just masking the problem. After only a couple of days of using it morning and night, my hands felt noticeably softer, and the painful cracks had almost completely disappeared. It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and leaves no sticky residue, so I can apply it and get straight back to work without leaving marks on tools or equipment. A little goes a long way too, so the tub lasts much longer than you’d expect, making it excellent value for money. The fact that it’s fragrance-free is another bonus, especially if you’re using it throughout the working day. If you work with your hands—or simply suffer from dry, cracked skin—I honestly can’t recommend this enough. It’s one of those products that just does exactly what it promises, and it’s now something I wouldn’t want to be without. It has also got rid of the dry skin off my hands which I think was a latex allergy

I use this as a hand lotion and love it. It's lighter than expected, but it absorbs quickly without any greasy residue and leaves my skin deeply moisturized.

This is the bees knees I have terrible dry skin and this is the only thing I've found so far that sorts it. During my day I also wash my hands like it seems a thousand times my hands suffer as a result. After using this for a couple of weeks my hands recovered to an extent that I no longer get dry cut hands. I also use on my dry knees and elbows as I spend a lot of time outside in the gardens. I would say try it if you suffer from extremely chapped dry skin like me. This stuff is amazing truly.
