This is one of the best protein powders I have found. It's got whey, milk, soy and egg proteins blended perfectly. It has glutamine too. Low calorie and low carbs. Tastes great and mixes really well. Amazing value for money and you can get it in massive 5kg bags. Recommended.

My go to protein powder choice. The chocolate flavour really is very tasty.Mixes well in a shaker bottle.Have been taking this for a over year, with good muscle gains.I've also now tried the banana flavour.Its perfectly pleasant. Not as bananary tasting as a milkshake powder like Nesquik, but I feel that's a good thing. It means it isn't full of unnecessary sweeteners and chemicals.My first choice will still be the chocolate, but the banana is still very tasty.Both of these powders are even more tasty with a bit of milk included.I tend to make a quarter of the shake with semi-skimmed milk.In my opinion it improves the whole texture and mouth feel.Update: I've now also had the chocolate peanut.Its a very mild pleasant flavour. Definitely peanuty, not that chocolatey, but still very drinkable.As always, muscle gains are continuing well, so I am happy to continue to recommend this protein powder.I hope you find this review helpful.
