Chitosan use seems to have kept cholesterol levels controlled was recommended by actual Md who also believed in some selected supplements anyway best to control with your Md before trying anything new If you do try it remember: drink lots of water!!!😉

Researched - Found this very helpful
My kidneys were showing signs of a slight decline. But after adding Chitosan to my diet that has fully turned around. Doctor ordered blood tests, now show normal function. It has seemed to have helped me, so it was worth a try for me. This may also help other body functions. Do your research, I did.

Good product works well if you follow the directions.

It's a minefield when it comes to choosing appetite suppressants. I've tried several options with mixed results, however these seem to work the best at curbing those in-between meal cravings. The first week not much happened, however, I soon noticed less cravings and less junk food/treats in my shopping basket. And with some discipline the weight is slowly melting away. I take 2 tablets twice daily, 2hrs before eating. Best results would come with lifestyle changes (diet & exercise) as these are not a miracle cure, want to loose weight? It needs some motivation. I've maintained a -6kg weight loss in the first 6wks of using these tablets with the minimum of exercise.

Ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday. To early to report any results as yet, however I have used chitosan in the past & they helped reduce weight, When used along side a relatively healthy eating plan & gentle exercise. As for each 500mg tablet binds with 1g of fat frm ur daily food intake & passes through the body naturally.
