My shipment arrived earlier than expected and it was well packaged with no damage to product. It was easy to put together, just make sure you separate and label the parts when you unpack everything. Really happy with the quality of the product and how well built the rack/system is once it was put together. I’m enjoying my workouts with this machine and impressed with the pulley and smith systems. I highly recommend this machine.

The 2 to 1 pulley is the only issue I have, and it's only when I'm doing pull downs for back.The machine is awesome!

I am taking my own pace assembling it a little bit every day. It came in with 4 packages. The material looks good. But maybe my expectation was too high seeing all good reviews. There was a bump on one part K. See the attached photo. That doesn't look like it got hit during shipping cause it is a bump out. Will update more once I finish assembling it. 12/14 update. Finished almost entire thing. The one of holes on my b2 part was not drilled well. So the screw won’t go through. Theoretically I could drill more myself but it ruins the coat a little. 1/2/2026 update: received the replacement part for b2. Their customer support is great. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. It is a no brainer to get it if budget is allowed.

There were rusts in the Smith Bar and many parts had a lot of scratches. Functionality-wise, I’m satisfied.
