This is neither a cheap Cologne nor a cheap smelling one.That said, its a bit different to many others which are out there. A lingering scent that lasts all day, there is no need to "splash it on" and the bottle lasts along time.A bit like Marmite, you'll love it or hate it as its not a delicate scent but an enduring and heavy one which as another reviewer says above, grows on you.If you do like it [and/or your wife/girlfriend] the chances are you'll buy a replacement.Its a classy and classic scent which stands out from the crowd of other mediocre [and overpriced gimmicky alternatives] which are in abundance on the High Steet and in Airport Duty Free Shops.If you want something thats a bit different, a touch of Old England even, then this will probably see you as a returning customer for it.Pair it up in your bathroom cabinet with one of the more delicate alternatives [which Trumpers also supply] and you'll have a good choice for after your morning shave.

Doesn't last as long as the EDP but scent is nicer, an absolutely beautiful product just make sure to reapply during the day.

The very first time I caught a whiff of this product I was hooked. . It's a great smelling cologne, and I find it lasts the whole day, no problem. . The scents seem to come back again & again. . I would be happy to recommend this to anyone. . ;)))I also believe it was mentioned somewhere that it was "James Bond's" favourite, and he had no problem attracting women. . Just give it a go. . . . ;)))

This is a clean Fougere classic. Best when dabbed on the face and neck. It has decent longevity. I'd say 3 to 4 hrs and then it becomes a skin scent. I couldn't get the smell of base notes (Sandalwood) as they've mentioned, but I'd leave it upto the experts.Now what I would like to see is, this smells a bit more unique. As someone said, it is not an uncommon scent. An extra note or two might do the trick, who knows? I'd try that sometime soon to create a unique effect.

I have come to the conclusion that this fragrance is way overpriced, the scent is average, at best

A great fragrance for a man's daily aftershave. A free sample from Geo Trumper encouraged me to buy this after using it as a daily aftershave. As a hand made product you will not be disappointed. This is as high a quality product as aftershaves costing 6 times as much. A great daily fragrance that is unique and traditionally Brittish.

The 'notes' of this cologne would be hard to distinguish from any off-brand generic men's cologne, do not waste your money.

Great fragrance not too strong but ideal for me as don't want to walk about like pepe le pugh.Nice to able to splash it on like old days as most come with spray applicator.
