JJC Hand Grip Hand Strap for DSLR Camera (with Arca Type Plate)

I've never liked the traditional "round the neck" camera straps. they're cumbersome, restrictive and basically they just get in the way. So, when my ancient old wrist strap gave up the ghost I went looking for a replacement - of which there were many on Amazon. Sadly most of them looked like cheap rubbish and I was just about to head off to an onlne camera gear suppliers when I spotted this one. It looked ok and was more expensive than the others so I took a chnace and sent for it - I could always return it if I didn't like it.Whilst not the best quality in the world it's very adequate and it works well on my Canon DSLR camera. I first used it with the battery pack attached to the camera - I shoot a lot of motorsport so it means not having to swap batteries as often. It fit perfectly, it's very comfy and the extra strap to anchor it to the wrist makes it feel really secure. I removed the battery pack a few days later to lighten the load a bit for going out to do some landscape photos so had to adjust the strap to suit. At first i thought it wasn't going to go small enough but it did and it's still as comfy as it was with the the battery pack fitted, adjustment was nice and easy. I could have spent more money for a better quality one but this is fine and hopefully will last a while. For the price I think it's excellent value.

I bought this for my son, he was really happy with the hand strap and has been using it everyday since. He uses it with a Canon R7 camera It is comfortable to use and a secure fit. Would highly recomend

There is nothing to dislike about this camera wrist strap it is well made , well padded has a shed full of adjustment in the strap to accommodate any size hand. with or without a battery grip attached The only improvement that i can see that would be of any benefit, would be to make more of a S type bend to the padded part, so your hand would go straight into the correct position past your knuckles every time.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived, fits my Canon 650, feels strong and well put together and offers a bit more security when holding your camera

I've had this a while and used it for the first time a few days ago. I found it comfortable and easy to use. Offers good anchoring to the wrist especially if using a heavy flash on camera. As to how it stands up in the long run we'll have to see.

Brought for a Nikon P950 and fits perfectly.A bit fiddley to get in and off the first couple of times till you're use to it.Very comfortable when using and carrying but makes my hand sweet a bit in this hot weather.

I've ordered quite a few hand straps for my dslr, but often found that the thin padding meant my hand was only supported by the thin internal strap. This products has more padding and a thicker more sturdy hand cushion which spreads the weight out a bit more evenly across your hand. The added eyelet is very useful for attaching my strap without having to constantly switch between the two. If you have Acra Swiss type tripod head then I would imagine this would add even more benefit. The security strap is also useful. The faux leather feels quite nice too.On the negative side there are a few issues, but only very minor:The hook to tighten the screw is a bit small and stiff to lift which can be a bit annoying. But easily solved if you have a coin handyI can fully screw anything into the 1/4-20 socket on my exampleThe end of the security strap is cut a bit roughly and it would be better if it was rounded off a bit nice.All in all a very comfortable and versatile strap that I would recommend purchasing.

Remplace très avantageusement les bandoulières sur mes APN. D'abord sur mon reflex EOS 350D où il est parfaitement adapté, je l'ai ensuite essayé sur mon compact X100T. Après un certain temps d'habituation, il ne quitte plus le X100T pour dégainer rapidement et prendre en photo à la volée. En revanche j'ai troqué la plaque Arca un peu trop encombrante pour un anneau sur vis à mettre sur le pas de vis de trépied de l'appareil, et c'est nickel.La dragonne elle-même est en matériaux doux et souples et semble bien robuste
