I drink this tea usually in the evening after dinner. I find the taste very smooth, and the effects calming, I didn't realize that this product has Mulberry leaf, which is a very good herb for sugar control. It apparently blocks the sugar from entering the blood stream and gives it a quick exit through the body. Great news! I keep enough on hand so I don't run out. Sometimes if I know I've eaten something with a lot of sugar I add an extra cup or two to my day. It's not a cure all, but if you suffer from high sugar in your body, give it a try...

I've used this in the past and it really works. As a 34 year old diabetic male since I was in grade school, this tea really helps lower my blood sugar after each meal without taking my medication. It's good alternative to give your pancreas and liver a little break from your meds. I stopped drinking this tea for a while because the price went up. Now I'm going to order the 4-pack value instead. I just hope that Amazon will bring down the price a little bit more. But if you're diabetic or borderline diabetic, you do not want to be on medication for a long time or until your last breath. Trust me. These meds are only good for short term and in the long run, your body will just become weak and will not be able to handle the side effects. Just because your medication works doesn't mean it doesn't have side effects. Diet, exercise and drinking this tea will help you control your blood sugar.

I like the taste. I do not have diabetes but I take iron which affects my digestion. This tea helps me in the way.

We are frequent purchasers of this tea. Although it doesn’t list it’s expired, this batch of tea bags had a weak taste as barely colored the water.

I heard about this tea on a daytime doctor show as an aid to controlling blood sugar. I was skeptical but, for me, it works great! I drink it with my measl and my readings have been down as compared to when I wasn't drinking it. The taste is pleasant, I don't even need to use a sweetener with it, as I do for so many other teas. I received it very fast, which is always a plus. I will be, and have been, a repeat customer.

Since drink this tea my a1c have gone down from 6.3 to 5.9 been drinking it every morning for a 1 yr. Just once a day two tea bags in 16oz cup after drink warm water.
