If you want a very solid, well made massage gun this is a good choice. Doesn't have bells and whistles like connection to an app and an LCD screen, but it does a good job with massage and is easy to use. Comes with the four basic attachments and has five speeds. Battery life is excellent. Easy to hold although maybe not for small hands. Just a solid no frills option that has all you need and adds nothing you don't.

We have went through so many massage guns and finally decided to get the Ekrin after much research. We now own three. One for our D1 athletic children and two for us to share. It's nice to have another when the 10 minute timer goes. That way we don't have to worry about overheating although the gun doesn't seem to get very warm after 10 minutes. The battery life is the best of any massage guns we have owned and the massage is very strong and effective even at the lowest speed. The multiple bits are high quality like the gun. The warranty is another factor that helped in our decision. Nothing but positive experience so far and we use it daily.

Impressive first massage session. Recent pulled calf muscle responded well to a $40 model borrowed while on travel. THIS ONE is MUCH better. A better control and more than enough power. Even level 1 of 5 is helpful. 3 of 5 is enough. Cannot imagine using levels 4 or 5. Worked wonders on a right lateral glute that has been nagging. In this case you do get what you paid for. VERY nice case and accessories.

I did a lot of research looking for a top tier massage gun. I've got chronic pain and realized how helpful a good gun can really be. It was between Ekrin, Thera and B&B. I decided to go with Ekrin because of their lifetime warranty. I use the b37 45m-1hr per day and its been great. It is a top tier massage gun. The problem is, I like to use the flat attachment and after a few months, it is wearing out. The attachment is twist to lock, but it's all plastic, as are the internals of the gun. It's getting loose and falling out. I contacted support, which is handled via email. Anyone that's dealt with email support knows it's going to be a slow process. They wanted video proof, which is hard to send via email(due to file size) so I had to go through a third party site. It takes a few days between responses, meanwhile I don't have a properly working attachment(that fits my needs) so I decided to just order a couple from their site at $15 a piece. Unfortunately, they don't appear to deliver to my address, which is in the contiguous U.S. Ekrin Athletics is based in the U.S...I don't know. I assume the website is glitched? I mentioned it to my slow email friend but haven't heard back in days(also regarding my warranty issue!!). Maybe they make things right. Maybe this is what a "lifetime" warranty feels like. They are so slow you give up. Maybe I regret going with this brand. I will update this unnecessary adventure down the road. In the mean time, all I can muster is 2 stars.. Update: I finally received a free replacement attachment and was able to purchase a few extras. This was all too difficult but my issue was resolved so I will return a star. I do like the gun. They also offered me a refund(after this review) but then said they couldn't give me one because I'm past the amazon return date. Another confusing experience lol.

I owned a cheaper massage gun and it lasted about a year and the battery would not charge (the battery tested ok, it was the electronic that gave up) so I was hesitant to get another one, especially at a higher price. Boy, you get what you pay for!!!! This gun is really quiet - even at the highest setting (which is great if you want to break up concrete or asphalt like a jack hammer!) I also like the 15 degree handle offset as it makes it very easy to reach the upper back trapezoids / shoulder area. What also was an encouraging sign is this unit came fully charged which means that it held the charge since manufactured.

I had the same model for several years, actually the motor still works, I had to replace because it would no longer hold the attachments. The hole where the attachments went, started melting and leaving little black pieces everywhere. Decided to just get a new one/ same model. So very disappointed! The power of the machine is not as strong, it doesn't hold the charge as long, and I can't even really use it because the attachments won't stay in the machine, while trying to massage my neck or back I have to keep stopping the machine because the attachments just fall out, after only seconds.

Simply fantastic. It works. The design lets you reach most areas of your back. Great for traps and neck area. I've only used the first two speeds. I've only charged it once in several weeks of use. The carrying case and multiple heads make it versatile.

I bought this particular model because it is the one my physical therapist has. He uses it a lot and likes it. I purchased this because I am having a problem with scar tissue build-up after knee replacement surgery. I'm using the messager to help break down this scar tissue. After follow-up x-rays, the doc says I am making progress. I like the different speeds and the different heads. My only complaint it that the grip is a handful. For a woman, I have fairly large hands - thanks Dad - and my hand gets tired because of the large grip. If my hands were smaller, I doubt I would be able to use it with any efficiency. I would definitely purchase again. The charged battery lasts for an expected amount of time, and it is a reasonable about of time to charge.
