Height Increase Insoles for Men Women, 3 Layer 2.75'' Air Cushion Shoe Lift Shoe Pad Kit Air Cushion Heel Inserts (2.75" / 7cm)

I am a 5'10' female, but I've always dreamed about being 6 foot, and these definitely helped me achieve that goal! I only would wear the first or second level, anything higher is extremely uncomfortable and hard to walk in for longer than a few minutes (and that's coming from someone that wears heels regularly for my job). I stand about 5'11 1/2 with just the first level, which I think is pretty good. I wear a women's size 7 and I had to cut the inserts to fit my shoe. I would say if you are any bigger than a men's 9, these will not extend the entire length of your shoe which may make them uncomfortable to walk in. The construction of the product is okay, but definitely not the best. I suggest wearing them with a high-top sneaker only (I suggest converse) since they would definitely be noticeable in a low-top sneaker or shoe. With only the first level on, it is not noticeable that I'm wearing inserts on any kind, which is much appreciated. Overall I give the product a 7/10!

Works ok and as described. They are very narrow and doesn't fully cover the bottom of the foot. Does not affect use in my case much. It does make them easier to remove and put in other shoes however. Adds heights and works in my boots and sneakers

Beware: You need HIGH TOP SHOES if you want to wear all of these for the maximum height. I have regular sneakers and can only wear the first two long ones and not all levels without the bottom half of my foor completely out of the shoe. Also make sure your shoes are comfy and not already snug because these do take up room so if I'm walking around for more than twenty minutes at a time it rubs the back of my feet. I've gotten blisters on both feet three times now because my shoes were already snug and these made them tighter. Yes I still use them though because just two inches of height difference really does make a difference. It feels good to feel taller than 5'2 which I always get picked on for. Also easy to cut them, just put them against the back of your shoe, start at a little longer than the shoe and then just keep putting it in and out and taking off one marking at a time. Just need to do it once to know where to cut the rest. Definitely worth it considering the official Conzuri brand can be up to 4× expensive considering if they are not having sales. Also I've read people complain about half your foot being up but y'all realize women wear these, aka high heels, all the time right? You just gotta adjust to it, don't be a complainer and if it really hurts that much just do one layer at a time and practice wearing them. You'll live.

Not very comfortable. The front side has like some indented dots that I guess go away aftee a few minutes of wearing. The heel side is not very sturdy. I gave it 3 stars for good idea. Would not buy again.

0 stars! These are extremely uncomfortable and are way too narrow at the heel. The don't actually fit any of my shoes. I am a size 12 and I have narrow feet but they still do not fit.

They are not comfortable at all. Fit my shoes good. Maybe if they didn't have 11 small holes pressed against your heel 🤔

Look out ladies!

These were better than I thought they would be. Fit well in my shoes and I wore them for a full day with no issues. You don't need to wear them in special high top shoes or boots but keep in mind it does move your heel up an inch or so. Just the nature of an insert. Thumbs up

I have been using these for the last 2 weeks including in the gym. 1.You cannot use every insole I used only 2 which is like 3 inches because anything higher will remove your foot from the shoes. 2. To use the maximum height you need shoes that are ankle length 3. These are comfortable but not like your comfortable shoes (I got a blister on my foot because I used them for to long) WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL THE SHORT KINGS OUT THERE AS ADDING EVEN A FEW INCHES TO YOUR HEIGHT WILL BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.
