you can map out what key it presses, so it's pretty easy to use. I've been stepping on it for a couple months and it's no louder than a click of a keyboard, works with steam and discord. I use it for push to talk a lot of the time.

If you are look for a pedal to enhance your push to talk experience, this is one to go with. Unlike other similar models, this device will allow you to use the software PC Sensor, and setup a "long press". Otherwise the button will act as a single key stroke happening one time, which is then instantly let go, making it not workable for discord.The other benefit to this model is that there is no loud clicking sound when the pedal is pushed down.It feels slightly more fragile than other devices i've tried, but i have a light touch with electronics, so i am not very worried. I will update this review is any damage / failure occurs with use.

I honestly didn't know how this would work out. But it has been great! First you have to set the pedal to whatever key combination you want. Then it works as easy as you would think! I use it when I'm working to mute/unmute my conference calls with my foot. That allows me to use both hands while typing (you know, I'm not listening -- I'm multitasking on the call).

Works good for discord

Wii Guitar Hero Guitar Control has no tilt control to activate star power on PC, so this is my star power essentially, AND it fits in with the rockstar performance theme. The software is very simple to install and configure to any input you desire. It works like a charm in Clone Hero and doubles as an easy push to talk in FPS games so you don't have to take your fingers off the important keys.

The pedal is springy and responsive, the included software handles most use cases, such as key remapping, macros and routines. I occasionally have wrist pain so the pedal comes in handy. I usually have my left mouse button remapped to the pedal and have mainly used it for games where you find yourself clicking a ton such as RuneScape and Minecraft.

Works really well after using software to bind it properly.As a warning, I opened the packaged without realizing that there was a cd disc in the back of the package. Because I didn't know, I cracked the cd into pieces. Thankfully there is software online that takes care of it in a minute so everything works great.

I bought two of these in order to show the lyrics of a song via a Powerpoint in my classroom while playing the guitar. This pedal cannot be moved at all. It stopped working after about two weeks and I figured it was a fluke so I bought another one. That one lasted literally a week. Taking it apart to figure out why the wire going in to the pedal is being held together by very weak solder. The more expensive model (which I had to end up buying after buying two of these) actually has a decently secure wire, however this is an obvious design flaw in this model.
