Good keyboard weird fn key row.
Pros: Design has a metal back but a plastic front (plastic doesn't feel cheap). Keys are quick to press though and reminisce the apple keyboard style. Build is solid and doesn't rattle. Escape key is large and beautiful. Shift keys are symmetrical. Ha ing delete and back space was great and their placement matched other keyboards. Fairly light and sticks to table pretty well. Sound is a more smothered version of the apple keyboard. I have had it for a month. Have not charged it yet even though I'm programming everyday.Cons:Function keys are somewhat weirdly placed. Media control are ordered ⏯️⏹️⏮️⏭️ instead of the standard ⏮️⏯️⏭️ idk who uses stop anymore. Pause is same thing as stop. Also separate button literally Pause, not sure what's for. No fn key on the right side means u have to do volume up and down with 2 hands. And mute logo looks exactly volume up unless u have 20/20 vision. Toggling num lock or caps lock is weird. The light doesnt turn off quickly. So if u press it a bunch of times u don't know by just looking at it. Also was having issues with USB 2.0 ports. Was somewhat laggy in key presses. But on USB 3 port was excellent.I only used the dongle option. Have not tried switching between windows/apple mode. Overall happy with product despite cons. I hope an ew version is released with better fn keys. If I could I'd give it 4.6 stars.

Great customer service and great product
Update:Seller reached out to offer a refund and sent a new product. I’ve tested out the space bar works as expected. Thank you for caring about your customer satisfaction.Original review:I like that this has an aluminum casing and the keys are nice to the touch. Very soft and quiet typing experience. However, the space bar for some reason does not render sometimes and it’s frustrating having to go back and press it again. Not sure how to fix this. Price is unreal for aluminum casing that’s why I bought. But may return bc of the space bar not sensitive enough.

Slick, well constructed.
Looks slick, has no extra wasted, empty space at the top and is super thing without "boxy" compartments underneath for batteries and the likes. The design is seamless. For 21 dollars you could do worse, like the less sturdy, almost malleableYORUNOHOSHI (which I bought too). Not bad... not great either. This one gets paired in a pinch and remains there after typing some work, until I get back to it and press any key to wake up my computer again in hopes to resume my tasks, and then nothing. I have to move my mouse instead for the Windows desktop to appear. The Bluetooth connection goes into saving mode so you have to wake your computer in any other way for the keyboard to handshake the connection again. A minor annoyance. I love this keyboard. I will just discard a 25+ year muscle memory action in lure of having to connect the included Wi fi dongle. Cuz... priorities.

Keyboard
Connected easily and functions as expected. No issues with lag between the keyboard and a connected device.

I got it to work but only through the USB plug in. Customer service is very responsive
I bought this in a pinch since my laptop monitor died. I only need it for a few months so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a keyboard. It doesn't have a great touch. It's okay. It also isn't level-- I had to add some sticky tac to one of the four little rubber feet to make it stop wobbling.I am confused about the set up. I got it work by plugging in the USB plug and setting it the USB switch. I can't get my computer to recognize it on Bluetooth. I'm on a Mac. The Bluetooth light on the 1 key blinks rapidly when I'm trying to set it up. I have held FN + 1 for multiple secconds. I've also gotten a screen to appear on my laptop telling me to press the button the the right of the Shift key to pair it, but when I do (press Z), nothing happens. And my laptop bluetooth does show a "DFB-02" device as being connected (if that's the Rapoo keyboard?), but it still won't work when it's in Bluetooth mode.UPDATE: after writing this review Rapoo reached out and offered me a full refund. When they asked me to send photos to demonstrate the problem, I said I was happy enough with the keyboard for the price I paid, and didn't need a refund. And then they refunded me anyway. So that was very generous of them. I'm still using the keyboard while waiting for the new Macbook Air to be released.

Works well but cannot disconnect - malware?
This keyboard is great in many ways - works well, nice and slim. Everything is great except that whenn I disconnect bluetooth from it - it instantly reconnects. I also have an HP keyboard that's new - and that one stays disconnected when I disconnect. This one disconnects and then pops right back on. These can (not super common) have malware and it's making me wonder. I've tried two of these, both the same - so it's not this particular make. Something built into the keyboard software.
