Really impressed with this air fryer!I'd previously had a costco brand air fryer (gourmia) and it was simply awful and broke within a month!After that nightmare, I decided to purchase this unit and I was immediately impressed.The unit is a good, compact size, with it not being any wider than the basket itself. It looks smart and modern, with a minimalist and simple control panel.The unit cooks food perfectly, and I think the dual elements go a long way to achieve this. It seems a gimmic, but from my experience it does make a difference. The different modes allow you to control the balance of heat that comes from the top and bottom elements, which allows food to be cooked correctly.(eg, using bake function for things like a baked potato, broil for cheese on toast and air fry for chips etc)The unit also comes with functions for commonly cooked foods, such as chicken and fries. In my experience, these work well too!My only gripe (and this is true of all air fryers, not just this one) is the cleaning. The basket and crisp tray do get very dirty (depending on what you're cooking, of course) which means they require cleaning after almost every use. A positive of this unit, is that it is at least easy to access the areas that need cleaning. The tray can be removed and the basket does clean quite easily, so that is a saving grace of this unit.The smart features of this air fryer are cool in concept, but day to day, I almost never use them. Others might have a different opinion, but I personally think that the cooking performance and style of this unit, is it's main selling point, not the smart features.Overall, I would recomment this unit to anyone in the market for a really good, multi-use air fryer. It's very economical, stylish to look at, and cooks food perfectly. I'm really impressed!

This machine has more than surpassed my expectations, I am totally in love with this machine and I know from experience that Cosori has an excellent after sales team. The machine uses the two heating elements to mimic a normal oven for example when it is on Roast it is medium power on top and full power on the bottom. The Bake function is low on top and full on bottom, the Grill functions is high on top and off on the bottom and Air fryer is high on both heaters the reheat function is full on top and low on the bottom.Coupled with all the additional presets, makes this machine a dream to cook with. You can also remove the crisping tray, so your food can be closer to the bottom burners, I have done this with pies and chips. You can even use the bottom to cook mince (minus the tray) and use it as a sautee. Its a lovely looking unit, sitting proudly in my kitchen and is used every day, by my family, not just for main meals. The quality and sturdiness of the unit, show cases Cosori's commitment to creating quality machines for it customers, I have several over the years.

I love, love, love Cosori and this air fryer is the best. Great value as was able to buy when on offer. It fits nicely on the counter top and looks great. It is really easy to use with a good instruction manual and a short recipe book. Can be added to the VeSync app where there are a few more recipes. Cooking with this is fast and easy. I’ve had basket type airfryers in the past but this oven type suits me better and easier to use, not so many burns trying to get stuff out. I like that I can use so much less oil on things like roast potatoes. My only negative with all air fryers is the lack of splatter guard. They can be bought separately but not for all machines and not for this one. I made my own that I put over food for less splattering and it works well. If you are after an air fryer I would highly recommend this one.

The Cosori 'Smart Air Fryer Oven Dual Blaze 6.4L' has been a joy to use over the past 14 months, we have used it daily and we love it! Its size means that we can air-fry whole chickens, these brown evenly presumably due to the individual heaing elements Cosori use in this model (one at the bottom, one on top).Chips and fries work well, as do sausages (frozen as well as fresh), bread rolls (we usually buy them in quantities and freez them) and frozen 'home-bake' croissants and pain au chocolates are always a hit with the whole family for Sunday breakfasts.Pork roasts are now super-quick (I pre-cook them in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes, depending on size, then brown- and crisp off in the Cosori for 20-30 minutes).Pasta bakes are another favourite with the Cosori, we put the food directly into the baking tray, then portion off any surplus and freeze for later.Cleaning the Cosori is fairly simple, certainly quicker and less laborious than cleaning the oven (we only use the oven now for the likes of baking Pizza and the Christmas turkey).The handle of the tray broke recently. Cosori were really helpful in sending us a free replacement, and we are grateful for that. I am just really surprised Cosori are not selling many spare parts, we were unable to find anywhere to purchase a new basket - if anyone reading this knows where to purchase genuine Cosori parts, or even matching spares from somewhere, then I'd be grateful if they could point me towards them.

I’m loving this airfryer. What’s not to love?.It aifrys so beautiful and you get crisp well fried foods of which you can tweak to your preference.I marvel at how much oil and fat it rings out of meats and poultry and just grateful all of that is not swallowed by me, as I used to, before airfryers. You even get a light to see through.My only issue with it is cleaning as one must be careful to not put liquid in it, but you want it clean, so I end up wiping with dozens of tissue in soap, to avoid much washing liquid. But overall, I wouldn’t exchange it, or maybe for another coworker. And believe me I tried them all, including Ninja where the food tends to lose taste.why this is the case, I don’t know, but with Cosori,your food still maintains a good taste, not plastic or semi-burnt taste, just good food taste.
