I honestly thought this grounding sheet was the perfect solution as it made since to me as the solution to ALL my pain and not being able sleep. I am now on Seroquil for sleep. I am sleeping a lot better. Review: Easy to clean - I like that it is easy to clean. Just washed in a bucket and hung it up. Had very few wrinkles. Also that it is cooler to sleep with , than my grounding mat.

Doesn’t work as stated!!

Easy to clean
I like that it is easy to clean. Just washed in a bucket and hung it up. Had very few wrinkles. Also that it is cooler to sleep with , than my grounding mat.

Does not work. No instructions.
Was hoping this product would work, but it does not. Received this product, but it contains no instructions on how to use it. I had to look it up online to figure it out and the product did not work.

Grounding sheets
It was supposed to relieve pain and have a good night sleep. It didn’t nwork. I am 81 and do not like waste my money.
