Installed really easily, although the mounting system is odd: the four zip-tie pieces are generic and obviously are not made for the special slotted mounts around the fan's perimeter. Those slots should fit zip-ties with specially-molded ends, but the ties supplied with the fan don't have the molded ends. I just drilled four holes in the frame, zipped everything together, and it works great. As others have mentioned, there's no harness beyond the wiring's plug-and-socket connectors (which are fairly generic and can easily accept similar connectors). And figuring out which wire is positive and negative--to switch the fan's direction--is complete trial and error.
