Great camera for work
The jnstallation is plug and play so that was super simple. I am not sure if I want my image to be this good of quality but it provides a crystal clear image with no delay or lag. It is easy to adjust the angle and it strongly sits right on top of my monitor. I love having the lens cap on a hinge so I can close it when I don’t want it on. It does everything I need from a webcam. Also, it has a green light when the camera is on so that is a comfort to know when it is active.

Pretty good for the most part.
The image quality is very good. 4k video at 30fps, and 8.3mp photos. However, it did not solve the compatibility issue with Windows Hello... so I still cannot use facial recognition. I think this is probably a Microsoft problem though, since I have seen 720p webcams that DID support Windows Hello. My biggest gripe is that the base of the camera extends too far downward and covers part of the top of my display. I had to wedge a small object in there to lift it up a bit. I don't know why that particular piece had to be that long though...

Works with Fire TV Cube 3rd Gen!
I like the physical privacy cover. It has a USB A connector that plugs right into the 3rd Gen Fire TV Cube. Works with the Zoom application and Amazon Echo shows.

Website Is A Threat - Terrible Without Super-bright Lighting In Your Face
The website on the box and instructions is blocked by Norton for being a fraudulent site, specifically scamming people with false sales. That alone is disqualifying to me. The camera requires bright light in my face or I appear as a shadow with the room showing fairly normal behind me. A 9-year-old iPad front camera gives a better picture and handles the lighting just fine, and the front is the less capable camera of the two on the iPad. Clearly this is very old technology in this The camera cover is super flimsy and popped off while it was closed just moving the camera. If you have super bright lighting, like your desk is in the middle of the room and the room lighting is in front of you, this will work for you. It's cheap. But the website being fraudulent is a deal breaker for me.
