Affordable desk that arrived within a few days of ordering.-- Impressive packaging: Several pieces in one box. Items was packaged neatly and clearly labeled. Very impressed with how each piece was neatly placed in a custom-fit, thick, white padding (higher quality than the typical styrofoam). Hard cardboard spacers were used on all four corners to protect the wood pieces from shifting and getting damaged. Kudos to the delivery guy how carried the heavy box with ease.-- Installation: Easy to decipher the pictured instructions that had helpful hints if something didn't fit. Although recommended to have two people to install, I was able to do it by myself. Just be careful flipping the table. Its heavy.-- Hardware: I liked the metal plates used to attach the table top together and the metal braces to attach the hutch to the table top. It's not plastic! Adding the flat metal plates at the ends of the desk wasn't necessary but it added a nice finished look to the desk. Great attention to detail!-- Functionality: The desk raises and lowers at a good speed. No child lock like my previous desk, but feel it's not necessary. Front, back and sides of drawers are hard cardboard-like; covered by a sturdy cloth material. Handles of drawers are metal. Desk is sturdy and a good size. It's feels like one solid piece and it's not too heavy if you need to move it.-- Overall: Extremely happy with this purchase. I was very impressed with the packaging, quality of materials, and the overall esthetic look of the desk.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this desk. Very sturdy- even at Max height. My one observation was that amazon recommended the single mount / Dual Monitor Stand which I ordered so i wouldn't have to use monitor stands for my 2 monitors. The mount wasn't really compatible with this desktop due to the solid back wall and low depth of the upper desk if i mounted it on the front side. As such, I had to drill a hole in the upper desktop to mount it. But because this desk top (including the upper shelf) is made of a solid wood material, it holds the weight beautifully. VERY STURDY! I was a bit skeptical about the soft sided drawers, but they are actually much more sturdy than i expected and i really like them. Even bought a side table with a similar design. The upper desk has edges which are great. Variations in carpet padding thickness and chair pad gave my desk just a wee bit of height variance. This desktop has a very sturdy outer edge which keeps things from rolling off - even on the upper shelf, so nothing gets pushed off the back of it accidentally. Note: Not having had a desk like this in the past, i would recommend you know exactly where you want to put your monitors on this desktop. I originally thought i could put them in the corner or even on the short arm, but ultimately put them on the longer side due to the size of my monitors. I ended up drilling a mounting hole for this monitor stand in the upper shelf deck - but i can honestly say that the sturdy construction materials are holding things PERFECTLY. No instability at all. The wood finish on this product is really beautiful (i chose the brown wood) as well. To me, this is a premium product for the price point. Very easy to set up and I expect it to last a long time. I looked at some more expensive products which were similar in design, and I'm very glad I chose this one.

Its a nice desk, the only issue I had was the instructions were wrong and did not match the parts provided, I improvised and made it work. Perhaps a one off.

The media could not be loaded. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made this year perfect size L shape took me two hours only due to health issues or asthma wise. I had to take my time other than that. You really don’t need two people to assemble this desk, but it is required of two people is just as stubborn I may actually put it together by myself when I lifted up for the first time it was even to go up functionality was perfect no noise ease of assembly and sturdy and looks beautiful with that carbon fiber look on the desk makes it look very sexy overall best purchase ever I would recommend it to anyone

Very happy with this purchase. I was very impressed with quality of materials and grate packaging, and the nice look of the desk.Good instructions.overall excellent price and nice desk that work flawless.

Had it for two months and one side doesn’t rise anymore

First, let me say that it took us over six hours to build our desk. My wife says for 1 person. And let me tell you, I'm not an old guy, I'm a young guy. The most time consuming was building it. But I must say, the desk is professional quality, heavy duty and worth every single penny, I'm very glad I purchased this desk. Would recommend it to anyone. As long as you have help and a nice space to build it at. If you have a small place to build it, it will be a little tricky. But doable. The biggest city near me isSacramento, and places of businesses that sell office desks are thousands of dollars. And none of them have the quality that this does. see for yourself.

I got this desk to gain more space and it does the work. It was very well packed and came faster than estimated. Unfortunately I didn’t inspect the top until I was already ready with all previous steps of assembly and that is when I discover damage in one of the corners. I am not going to pull apart the entire thing at that point as I need the desk but already planing how I can change the top or came with.
