G-Form just doesn't miss!
I don't know how to say it without coming off as a complete fan-boy, but G-Form just doesn't miss! Every single MTB pad I've got is from G-Form now, I threw all my old stuff out. What I like most about the brand and all the pads I have is that they actually fit correctly and comfortably! That's way more than I can say about the others I've used. Some elbow pads would fit great on the bicep but loose on the forearm, or vise-versa. The other problem I had was lack of mobility with other brands, they just felt like you were compressed and range of motion was difficult. I find it fitting that they call these "elbow guards" and not pads, because they are just that, they have WAY more protection than just pads do and give me a lot of confidence on downhill days. They're overkill for me on trail rides, but they are now my go-to for enduro and DH days. I use the Terra pads for trail rides. As for sizing, they're spot on - maybe a tad snug if your measurements are in the upper 1/3 of the range. If so, I'd order up one size. I'm 6'3", 180 lbs and 9% body fat, so I'm pretty darn lean. My measurements put me in a large, but if I were to appreciably bulk up, I would be looking at the XL.

A little tight for me, BUT
These are great for skating ramps or if you need to get down on the ground and do some crazy landscaping. Other than wishing that they could breathe just a little more, these are honestly fantastic

Thoughtful Design.
For reference I ordered the Adult Medium. My biceps are 13 inches, forearm 11 inches and wrist 7 inches. There are many great features on these Elbow Guard sleeves. They have a cut out in the inner elbow bend, creating a better range of movement when riding. The elbow guard is a honeycomb shaped silicon/plastic? that has an additional comfort pad that fits into it. These both slide out to be able to wash the sleeve. I wish they had included replacement elbow guard pads (similar material to bike helmet pads) as these will wear out quickly. Additional sewn in non removable pads are located on both the inner and outer forearm. The material on the inner arm is mesh giving good airflow when sweating. Nice silicone grip on the inside of the upper and lower opening that keep the sleeve in place and prevent slipping. The stitching a surging on these sleeves are impeccably well sewn. This is an absolute must on durability as the natures of these sleeve require tugging and pulling to get on and off. Overall very pleased with this brand.

User-Friendly
These elbow pads offer excellent comfort and provide ample protection, even against hard impacts, while remaining securely in place without shifting. I appreciate their minimalistic design, which feels less cumbersome compared to bulkier sleeves. The flexibility of the elbow pads allows for natural movement without restricting blood flow, and their lightweight construction doesn't add unnecessary bulk while still offering great protection. I haven't experienced any chafing or discomfort even after extended wear. Wearing these pads instills confidence, ensuring I never ride without proper protection. They're so lightweight that I often forget I'm wearing them. The only downside is that they can feel a bit warm during hot summer rides. However, they effectively absorb sweat and dry quickly, mitigating this issue to some extent.

Great Guards, just a bit Pricey
Alibi for pricey: I've been out of the hunt for buying gear like this for QUITE some time, but I can do cross-comparisons with the elbow and knee pads that I do know a bit more recent pricing on (semi-tactical)... I can get a mid set of hard guards (with padding inside)--elbow AND knee--for less than just these. That being said, these do fit very well, don't have any sharp spots, and seem to do the trick. I tried my luck w/trees in the yard and rocks and such... padding held up well and didn't deform or scuff more than expected. If you're in the market and willing to pay, these will not let you down at all... I think that I was just hit with the initial sticker shock of it all, but these really do work just fine. You won't be disappointed by any means, just out a bit of coin.

Protective, comfortable, secure - size up
I really like these elbow guards. I have the knee guards also, and they both are equally great quality. I really like the fit of the guards. I do recommend sizing up if you're in doubt on sizing as they fit snuggly. I was worried the range of movement might be limited by the guards, but I can still maneuver as much as I need to without resistance. They fit securely and don't shift. I haven't had any major falls, but any time I've landed on them they have protected my elbows from impacts well. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and fit of these guards.

Good first impression
I ride adventure and dual sport motorcycles thar can take you onto some rough terrain. Wearing good pads is a must. But at the same time, you need gear thar is comfortable for long, hot dats in the saddle. Based on first impressions, these GForce elbow pads fit the bill. Unlike my Fox Titan Pros, all of the straps on these pads are soft to the touch, and there aren't any velcro connections to rub on my skin. The sleeve you slip your arm through is well made and holds the pad securely on my arm. I measured for fit and it seems spot on. The pad itself is flexible, but hard and provides good coverage around the whole elbow. So far, so good!
