Letters fall off

I bought this in October for a Christmas present, after the first wash the letters are falling off. Because I bought it in October, wanting to give it for Christmas, Amazon said I can't return it. Please do not buy this piece of garbage.

Size is wayyyyy bigger then it should be for double XL if I had known such I would of ordered atleast a size down and the color is a brighter blue then the originals are so anticipate for that when purchasing
