At first glance when you open this....you wonder if you made an impulse purchase again. But honestly, it helps give a really good stretch. I can pull with enough force without having to worry about breaking either the wood or the strap.I really think if I keep at it...I'll finally be able to touch my toes!

I’m a cyclist and tight hamstrings make my lower back miserable. I’ve tried a few different items that were supposed to alleviate back pain, but none worked all that well. However , you must be diligent to get results. I would give 5 stars, but the wooden handle can be tough to grip comfortably. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
