Made excellent texture pattern the =secret was to keep the roller wet or spray with pam so the joint compound doe not stick or bind.

Didn’t use for paint but it worked great for adding a cool texture to my wall after it got funky from taking off the wallpaper! Guess it would work even better with paint .

Does not transfer the pattern.
I love the idea of this pattern being applied to many different surfaces. The problem is, it is made of silicone and will not hold paint or any other medium I have tried. Even when it looks like it applied the medium, it does not transfer the design. I even made a sample board to try different solutions. I am very bummed out because my brain was exploding with ideas of how I wanted to use this.I tried covering the roller with an absorbent paper towel hoping the would help-no dice. If they can fix that problem, I would be very willing to purchase different pattern.
