At first, I was a bit skeptical about this ergonomic pillow since it’s very different from the type of pillows I was used to. I’ve always struggled with neck, shoulder, and back pain in the mornings, and honestly, I didn’t think this would help much, but still wanted to try.To my surprise, after just two days of using it, the pain was gone. It did take me a little time to get used to the shape and feel of the pillow, but the relief came almost immediately. Now I find it incredibly comfortable and can’t imagine going back to any other type of pillow.Another thing I love is that it’s affordable! You don’t have to break the bank to get real comfort and relief. Highly recommended!

I’m a side-sleeper and have been suffering from a sore neck and upper back recently. I suspected it was due to my standard pillow so I decided to give this one a try. When it first arrived, it was compressed into a small box and I needed to cut it open and let it expand (like memory foam). The shape of the pillow (as shown in the listing photos) threw me off and I could imagine how it would help me sleep better. It looked like it might give me worse sleep than my standard pillow! So I admit that I didn’t have high expectations, and it took me a few days to give it a try. But I’ve been using the pillow for more than a week now and I am pleased to report that it is comfortable, easy to get used to, and no more neck/back discomfort in the morning! And it doesn’t look strange in a pillowcase. I highly recommend this pillow for side sleepers!

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because of the shape. Although it does fit in a standard pillowcase I find it hard to keep the pillowcase on so would recommend a zipper one. I wear my Galaxy watch to bid a lot of the time and since getting this pillow my sleep score has going up about 30 points. I have pretty bad neck issues because I have two extra vertebra which caused me discomfort quite often especially during the night. Since buying this pillow I have only had two mornings where I woke up with my normal neck pain and debilitating migraines. I sleep on my stomach probably about 80% of the time and I normally always have to fall asleep on my stomach. This pillow is pretty comfortable putting your arms around the top of it and using the armrest pads although I still constantly find myself putting my arm directly under my head which is mainly just a habit of mine. I try to correct myself when I notice I'm doing it and I'm still able to fall asleep with this pillow where it was very hard for me with a normal pillow unless my arm was under my head. I have only had it for about 2 months now and so far it is holding up well and I have not noticed any flattening of the foam. If you have any type of neck issues especially during the night I would definitely recommend at least giving this pillow a try.

Within the first night of enjoying my pillow I experienced relief from neck and shoulder pain. Sleeping in the correct position really makes a difference and this pillow has helped immensely with that! This will be my new go to gift for family when I'm not quite sure what to get them.

Honestly not a pillow for me. I bought two of them one for me and one for my wife. My wife absolutely live the pillow she said her pain in her shoulders is gone and she feels great when she wakes up. For me on the other hand it’s the exact opposite. The first like 3 nights I felt very well rested but I move around a lot when I sleep and this pillow causes me tones of lower back pain. I wake up and I hurt so bad. I wish it worked for me like to did for my wife but it’s on back to traditional pillow I go.

It’s only been two days but I swear I feel a difference! I didn’t wake up with headache and my shoulder which I thought was a pinched nerve is no longer bothering me! I’m not favoring my other arm in everyday activities and I can actually reach and scratch my back with my left hand now which before was impossible without my shoulder popping. I would definitely recommend and plan on buying another for my husband. It’s a little weird at first but you can feel the support in your neck right away!

I've literally spent a fortune trying to find a pillow that does not cause neck pain or give me a headache.... This pillow is heavenly! An unexpected bonus, it also has alleviated shoulder pain. I normally sleep on my side and it works perfectly for that but I bought one for my husband also who sleeps in his back and he loves it also. An amazing bonus for me from him sleeping with his pillow..... Freight train snoring is a thing of the past!!!!! One note, be sure and try out the different heights this pillow has to find out which one fits you best. You'll love this pillow. Only thing I wish they had was replacement covers exactly like the one it comes with (it easily is removable for washing)

I bought this for my fiance but he said it was too stiff and he likes to sleep on his stomach so he didn’t like it. I took it instead and I love it. It is firm though I will say, not very plushy at all. But it keeps me sleeping on my back (which is how I sleep usually anyway) and I haven’t woke up with neck pain in a while. So guess it just depends on the person.
