Stupidest cost cutting with a non-functional charger and that too with the wrong specifications.
First of all they sent me a defective charger that doesn't work and yes it confirmed it with a multimeter. Luckily I had another same charger that is in working condition and I tried charging it for 4 hours, 6 hours and even 12 hours. It just doesn't charge the batteries because they sent me a 12V charger for a battery that needs 21V charging and yes I've checked that with a multimeter too. And even the product manual doesn't mention this.This is so stupid.
