A Smart Companion for Kids
The media could not be loaded. Misa has been a huge hit in our home! My daughter absolutely loves the karaoke feature—she sings along for hours, and it’s the cutest thing ever. The interactive games, storytelling, and educational content keep her engaged, and I love that it’s both fun and beneficial for learning. The voice assistant is clear, and it’s easy for her to use. My only wish is for a longer battery life, but overall, this robot is a fantastic companion for kids! Highly recommend!

Boring robot made for little kids
Good design on outside. But robot doesn’t do much . Need a flat surface for it to work no carpet . Made too much for little kids and no teenager or adult would enjoy it. Just doesn’t have and good features . Very boring robot

Fun gadget with a lot of potential for care homes
Quite sturdy design, easy to get up and running and nice features. Though I wouldn't call Misa a part of the family or a actual assistant in the house, it is a ton of fun to play with. I tested Misa with people with special needs. Though it had way more features than most of the 'social robots' that are marketed towards care facilities, there are still some things that make this electronic buddy not ready for full on daily use yet. For example:- internal hardware is a bit slow and outdated, which had an effect on how fluent the UI is and how fluent the responses are- it runs on Android 9. That raises some concerns on the security and longevity side of the product.- Though the mobile app is quite intuitive, it is also a bit limiting in terms of creating multiple users / family members- Specifically for international users: functionality in languages other than English are a bit limiting. I'm really hoping for a software update on that one! That being said, there's also a lot to like. Specifically for people with mental disabilities, these are some of the most useful features:- asking Misa daily stuff, like the weather.- storytelling.- small talk and entertainment to battle the feeling of loneliness.- educative games.- asking general questions (unit conversion, recipies, etc).- installing other Android appsSome features, like karaoke or kids videos/games are nice, but they're not really what I'm looking for in regards to adults with special needs. But since you can install any Android app I was able to customise Misa more towards my goal. For example: I installed the Routine Factory app to help with routines and skill building (see photo for an example). It's probably quite difficult to have the Misa assistant fully integrate with those apps, but that would really be a game changer. And even if that app is too much of a niche it still would make a huge difference if Misa can check your google calendar or todo-list. I'm not sure if they're still developing updates or new versions of Misa, but I'm excited to see what's possible in the next version. In conclusion: this is a solid robot with tons of features. Misa works best in English, the assistant is quite limiting in other languages (to be fair: it does say 'beta' for other languages). Due to the lightweight processor and memory Misa does tend to respond a bit poorly, but that's usually fixed by restarting the app. I really love the fact that you can also install other Android apps! This makes Misa really versatile. Misa is fun and reasonably priced, though I'd love to see a version with better hardware, up-to-date OS and a more modern AI assistant.

Not that functional
Initially I thought this was a really neat and fun toy- my kiddo enjoyed it for the most part but it ended up being nothing more than a moving talking tablet. It's cute but a lot of the functions didn't really function well after a few uses and it just ended up becoming a toy piled in the corner never used. It was pretty easy to connect to wifi and everything and I thought it would be neat to use for the camera functions to check in on the house but again a lot of the functions didn't really work after a use or two. Can't say for the price that I would really recommend this.

Cute Robot for Kids
The media could not be loaded. My kids absolutely love this robot. It's very durable and withstood a few tumbles and still doing great. They love the karaoke aspect and will often sing together. I love that everything is child friendly content and they aren't in danger of seeing something they shouldn't.
