This appliance is easy to use, easy to clean, works as shown, and small to store. I washed it and used it today and it worked perfectly. I like that I can cook 7 eggs at once for "boiled" eggs and also poach eggs or make an omelet. I will order 1 for my hubby for his man cave for convenience. This would be great for a dorm room for versatility and ease of storage. The price is perfect.

I've been using the **Dash Rapid Egg Cooker** for a while now, and it has become one of my favorite small kitchen appliances. I purchased this one after remodeling my kitchen and gifted my first one to my granddaughter who also loves it. I enjoy eggs for breakfast but don't always have time to watch a pot on the stove, this cooker has made mornings much easier. The biggest advantage is how simple it is to use, just add the recommended amount of water, place the eggs in the tray, and press the start button. Whether I want soft-, medium-, or hard-boiled eggs, the results are consistently reliable. The included measuring cup makes the process nearly foolproof, so little effort is required and eggs come out tender and evenly cooked. Another thing I appreciate is the speed. It cooks eggs faster than traditional boiling methods and automatically shuts off when finished, so I don't have to keep checking on them. Cleanup is also quick since the removable trays are easy to wash. I use a "magic eraser" to clean the mineral deposits left on the heating surface from our hard water. I really liked this electric pot for eggs. It is compact, easy to use and prepares eggs quickly and evenly. In addition, it is very practical for day to day and is easy to clean. It fulfils its function perfectly and has made it much easier for me to prepare breakfast. Highly recommended!

I buy this egg cooker for everyone. Anytime someone complains about making hard boiled eggs or talks about how hard they are to peel I surprise them with this. It is by far the best kitchen gadget that I have. It is cheap and so easy even my son, who would rather not eat because he doesn't cook, uses this at his apartment. It does more than hard boil, but I have never tried the other egg cooking options like omelet making etc. I am sure that would make it even better. This is great for a dorm room, taking on vacation, for elderly friend or relative who really should not be using a pan of boiling water. You will never make hard boiled eggs any other way once you have this. Buy IT!!

This is a small egg cooker/steamer that does hard boiled, soft boiled, "omelet" and "poached" eggs. Holds up to 7 eggs or two for poaching and one dish for "omelet." Poached egg is just steamed whole egg broken into the two sides of the dish. Omelet is for beaten egg, steamed as a cake in the single dish. Add chives or herbs, or cheese, kinda like a big flat egg bite. Good points: 7 eggs is a decent number for a smaller household. Auto shutoff, with a cute little tune to tell you the eggs are ready. (I think you manually have to stop it to time it exactly, though.) Small water measure included, egg pierce needle covered on bottom. We tested it with 5 eggs on "soft" and it cooked them to semi-hard. (not liquid yolks, somewhat solidified.) Cons: Don't put your hand over the top when it's cooking; the steam will burn your arm or hand Really big eggs could be crowded. The unit is small. The measure is hard to read. We marked it up with a Sharpie to make the most common egg style we make more visible. Compared to my well-loved Krups egg cooker (no longer made) it's pretty good but doesn't look as durable as the plastic parts are pretty thin. As a value, it's ok because it won't break the bank and it's functional. The small size would be of an advantage in small dorm rooms or tiny urban flats.

This little egg cooker works great! I love that I can just put the eggs in it, push a button and don’t have to watch it . My husband likes chopped up eggs on his salads and this is so much easier than boiling them on the stove. They come out perfect every time. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a better way to make hard boiled eggs.

What a great small gadget. My family members were my testers and I made Jammy, soft-boiled, hard-boiled eggs and a broccoli cheese omelette. The Jammy eggs were a huge hit as my family really likes them with Japanese and Korean dishes. Soft-boiled eggs had the top shell removed and the eggs were a perfect consistency. Added butter, salt and white pepper and they were just like how my father used to make them for me. The hard-boiled eggs were easy to peel and the yolks were bright yellow without any green or grey. Eggs salad and deviled eggs were perfect. I like my omelette well done so I left it covered and it cooked to perfection. Would make a tasty breakfast sandwich at the well done cooking time. Great for a busy am when you want an egg but don’t want to deal with having to babysit the pan! There is a musical like alarm. I liked the combo water measuring device that holds an egg piercer on the opposite end, No eggs cracked! Easy to clean and store and I give this two thumbs aloft!

This sonofagun actually works! I don't know if it's faster than boiling eggs in a pot on the stove or not. I will say that once I get it set up (I'm talking a couple of minutes including pricking a hole in the shells) and get it going I can do other things. No heating up a stove burner. No boiling over if I'm not watching (see "a watched pot never boils"). No, it hasn't given me a new lease on life and I wouldn't say it's a "game changer" but it does what it supposed to do. I believe that the shells are easier to remove using this little gizmo. I'll sum it by saying I'm happy with it!!

Love it, easy to use and cooked my eggs great.

This product lasted less than 2 months before no longer working. Very disappointing. Poor build quality.

It works but the boiling times are all wrong

Excelente producto, lo recomiendo al 100 % súper práctico y muy rápido, sin duda lo recomiendo yo lo compre dos veces una para mi casa ,y otro se lo regalé a mi hijo que vive solo y le a servido de mucho.
