My daughter loves this. She can keep all her things safe.

It looks similar to my Honeywell safe except it's freaking teeny tiny & doesn't feel too sturdy. I wouldn't count on it holding up in a fire. Mine is about 2x's bigger and heavy as heck! I bought 1 for my daughter & 1 for my son after my daughter had her apartment broken into where she lost almost everything! I think it's gonna be able to store the important docs and cash easily. I hope so anyways! In Conclusion: Except for size & sturdiness, I'd say it's not bad. You do get 2 keys if you forget your code so that's nice and by the way... it takes 4 AA batteries to use the keypad. My expensive Honerwell only came with 1 key & sad to say I've lost it. 😓

This is a decent little home safe to make theft a bit more difficult. This is NOT a safe that would be appropriate for high value items in the event of a home burglary. I'm pretty certain I could drill through/crack this safe myself, if I ever needed to do so. It's lightweight and portable, so would be easy to grab if there were a home intrusion. However, it does come with screws to secure it to a beam. What this is good for: stowing items away from site if you have workers or visitors in the home. I had a lot of work done on my home a few years ago, and I believe one of the workers took my favorite ring. It wasn't super high value, but it was sentimental value. Moving forward, if I have people I do not know in my home, I'll throw the items that mean something to me into this safe and feel more secure as they're unlikely to cart it off with them. Additionally, for longer trips, I like the idea of storing valuables in the safe and securing the safe to a beam in a hidden spot. The safe has both electronic and keyed entry; you will need batteries for the electronic entry. I stowed the safe away for a few months, and got nervous because I couldn't find the keys at first and had not set up keyless entry! I eventually found it, and all is good. I'll also start storing personal paperwork in here as a safeguard against fire or water damage. For a cheap safe for peace of mind, this is a great option.

I like the safe, it is a very pretty color and works just fine. It’s to be expected, but it is a bit small. So, if you are thinking of storing a lot in it, I think a different safe would suffice. It does run on batteries, just as a heads up

I picked this up for the experience of being able to provide my sister, who loves the color pink, an adequate safe to store her smaller, valuable, and important items. This safe here did exactly that. The safe is not overbearingly heavy, and was able to be easily transported by my petite sister. The metal housing is thick and robust though, and provides adequate protection. After securing it down with screws to a heavy, heavy, HEAVY piece of furniture, I was reassured in the fact that it absolutely cannot be removed unless you use a power tool, or tie a chain to it that’s attached to a truck that can rip it off. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and setting her code took all of one attempt. So far, it’s exactly what you’d need from a small safe of this size and nature.
