The product is good my son liked it very much and he was very happy when we assembled the cycle. Assembling is also easy a manual is given with the product with seller mobile number printed on it. So that you can call and get assistance from him in assembling the cycle.On safety front, there is a seat belt attached with the seat and also there is additional safety pipe which is attached around the seat. This pipe is very useful when your baby is small and not able to use cycle on his/her own and prevents baby from falling. I liked this feature very much. Tyres are of good quality. My son liked the bell also, its good. There are two baskets one at the front and another at the back which are very useful when we take our baby out.I gave four star rating because of its middle rod which connects with the front handle and the back contoller rod. This middle rod get removed from its hole oftenly when we turn the cycle with the help of back controller. We tried to fix it properly but still it didn't work everytime we have to fix it and use the cycle which is very annoying when baby is sitting on the cycle and we take him out. If company find a proper solution for this issue then they will definitely receive five star from each customer as I didn't find any other issue in the product.

The product is simply superb. My baby liked riding it. The footrest provided is really helpful while riding as the baby can rest their foot without hanging. And also the safety belt and rod ensure your lil ones safety. The parental handle helps you to navigate the tricycle until your lil one has grown. Its simply superb..... I loved it....The installation took some time but their customer support helped to assemble it properly. So it also went well. This is my first day of buying ....... Hope it will be a good ride for my lil one... Will edit the review if any after further use ......As of now I recommend it...... ☺️

More time to assemble but Worth money if ur child love it.Product is gooooddd but my baby doesn't like it he refuse to ride on it 😑😑😑

The video shows as the assembly is very easy and can be done in two minutes.But it took me 3 hours to insert the bast rest into those two pipes... The size is not matching with holes.. started using without back rest but the controlling handle and front wheel are not aligned properly.. when I put it straight the cycle is going left side... It is very dangerous on the road

I will give it 5 star because of its design and strong built.This one is the best product for 1-3 years of children however for children age 1 year and below 2 years should be taken extra precaition while riding on it.( this is for cycle and note for parents to avoid their child getting hurt)Initially installation was a problem then i called the number given on the box and guy was quite helpful and he sent some videos for installation. The handle is in sync with the front wheel however you should be careful that child's leg is not in between the wheel and pedal .whenever you push the cycle and it does not move while your child on it do not push harder , check whether childs any body part got stuck in pedal or wheel . I did the mistake and i do not want anyone child to suffer like mine did . So be extra careful while riding these cycles while your child is on it.Rest you can go for it as far as price design and built is concerned.

Product is having good quality and looks great...However , I ordered green but recieved yellow tricycle, I will not raise return request as it may take some timeEdit : few days before during cleaning the bike we lost its pins but thanks for prompt response from the joy team they sent the pins without any cost that too on timeGreat support
