Making pasta has been on my bucket list for ever but I have never tried, so I am new to all this. But this machine makes is very easy - easy to set up, it is robust and seems to be well made. With seven different thicknesses to choose from, and the end result is excellent, even for an amateur like me. Overall excellent value for money and I am sure it will be well used over the coming years.

Good quality manual pasta maker machine. It allows you to choose up to 7 different thickness options which seems to be very versatile. The stainless steel is made of good quality and looks very modern in the kitchen. I also use this to roll out fondant therefore making it a very practical machine as it has more than one use. It also makes it very fun to make pasta.

I'd like to start by saying I have never made fresh pasta before so I am by no means an expert on the machine.The instructions for the machine are easy to read and allows the machine to be setup easily.Make sure it is clamped properly to the work surfaceOnce I had the dough made it only took a few minutes to roll out my first batches of spaghetti and tagliatelle.The machine was easy to use and alters the thickness as the roller gap is decreased. It produces a very consistent thickness.The cutter simply slides on the back of the roller. The cutter is as efficient as the roler producing even cuts along it's width - I had thought it broken until I realised I had to move the crank handle from the roller side to the cutter side - doh!Again the consistency of the cuts is excellent and produces very even strands of spaghetti and tagliatelle.Overall it was a fun learning curve and the machine made life very easy - happy to recommend and look forward to further experimentation.

I got this to replace an older manual pasta machine on which the rollers were misaligned and seemed to always make the pasta bunch up on one side. This machine has so far rolled everything straight.You can select seven different thicknesses when rolling. It also includes an attachment for cutting the rolled sheet into tagliatelle or spaghetti.Setup takes seconds (though it might take a minute or two to securely clamp it to a worktop), and operation is straightforward.I'm very pleased with this and can see it lasting several years.

This stainless steel pasta machine is robust, sturdy and seems to be well made made. It is very easy to set up and use and gives a choice of different thickness for your home made pasta sheets.It's a really good value machine for the money.

The build of this is fantastic quality , its easy to use with clear instructions , it glides through ease process effortlessly and the end results are fab , great value for money too
