Tastes okay. Love that it has 19g protein per bar. Makes a great protein pick me up during to day if you’re trying to hit macros. A little pricey for what you get. Took off a star because the top layer (which is the “cookie” layer) is very dry and sticks to the roof of your mouth if you don’t have anything to wash it down.

These aren't horrible. Better than the chocolate varieties, but not as good as some of the other flavors. Not to chalky or sweet, but not a lot of taste.

One of the best flavors from Pure Protein
Delicious bar. I can't stand most of the other chocolate flavors from Pure Protein. Galactic Brownie, Chocolate Deluxe, Chewy Chocolate Chip....They all have an extremely fake chocolate flavor and chewy texture that is just not appetizing. Brookie on the other hand has a bit more texture that's two tone, and not overly sweet. I could eat two back to back. If you also disliked the flavors I mentioned but liked Brookie, you may have similar tastes to me. Lemon Cake, Chocolate Salted Caramel, and Fruity Pebbles are also fire.

Perfect sweetness
These are perfect. I would eat them every day. They are not too sweet, but they definitely are sweetened enough almost like a candy bar, but not quite that sweet.

Too many strange additives It tastes almost like eating a candy bar I’ll find another way to get this amount protein - 4oz of drained canned albacore tuna has more protein fewer calories and way fewer additives. And it actually costs less
