Very comfortable. I didn't opt for the company assembly option. I was panicking before assembly. I didn't even open the package. I called the customer service and he was good and assured me that it would very easy to assemble. Then he assured that if I am stuck with assembly let him know and he will send an engineer to assemble. Then I assembled the chair. Very sturdy. You can fix the recliner at any point. Very stable. Comfortable for the spine, looks after the curvatures . Overall good.

Nice chair adjustment are smooth and vibration is great and build quality is great just assembly takes time and it's just painful. Other than this no problemo

The chair is nice and looks great. It is comfortable and assembly is quite easy. Massager just vibrates but that should be fine. Moving parts in a massager could hurt the spine. The only issue with the chair seems to be a small flaw with the design. The arm rest has a rough cloth whoxh sometimes feels hard on the arms. The screws at the back can get loose on some use and you need to keep them tight at few intervals. However, despite these flaws, the chair is great to use and I recommend it for use.

I rarely write reviews, but the Dowinx gaming chair pushed me to it. The chair broke in just a couple of months — the rocking mechanism got stuck and became completely unusable. For a product marketed as “premium,” this is unacceptable. What made everything worse was the pathetic customer service. • I mailed them multiple times. • Days went by with no response. • Every reply I eventually got was slow, vague, and completely unhelpful. They kept saying the replacement part was “out of stock” with zero ETA. After a long wait, they finally shipped a replacement part — just the part — and then told me to fix it myself using a flimsy L-shaped tool that couldn’t even remove the screws. Some screws were so poorly designed that I had to use cutting pliers to get them out. And even after all that effort, the fix didn’t work. When I asked for a technician, they refused. When I asked for a replacement or refund, they dragged it out even more. The whole experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and honestly ridiculous for the amount paid. If you’re considering this chair — don’t. Poor build quality + horrible after-sales support = Absolute regret. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its product.

Quality of the material is normal according to the price of the product, lookwise also very decent. Easy to assemble and adjustment capabilities back massager is also helpful. Worth buying.

But cleaning is a big issue If you choose the fabric version, it tends to collect dust, sweat, and stains easily, and cleaning is not straightforward. Even the brand notes that fabric chairs are breathable but “more difficult to clean.” Not ideal for Indian conditions (heat/dust) In dusty or humid environments, the material can become sticky or dirty quickly, especially with long usage hours. Overall, this is a “comfortable but not low-maintenance” chair—fine if you’re ready to clean and maintain it regularly, otherwise it can become a hassle. Absolutely the best. I'm so happy. The messager is so good, it's easing my back pain 😁 The seat is so comfy and the armrest are soft.

I think the price is a little more for a chair but once u use it, it feels worthy, overall the best chair i have used so far, the manual ws understandable and the installation ws quite fun, looks premium and i think its a value for money opt.

The max height adjacent is too low. It would have been better to have higher height adjustment

I don't know why this chair has so many bad reviews. All I know is that I bought 4 of them and they are all perfectly fine and comfortable. They make no noises nor are they wobbly, maybe if they tighten the screws the way they were supposed to it wouldn't be such a problem. I give this chair tons of stars if I could for each one I bought and at a great price when they were on sale. The weight isn't too bad, its strong and sturdy. The appearance is nice, love the color and cushion on the seat which is great for long hours of sitting. Every screw hole aligned with what it was supposed to go to. I don't care much for the massage pillow because I've never tried it, though I don't need it but if you want to try it go for it, whatever floats your boat.

Has been a pretty good chair have had it for a few months now and she’s still comfy! If you’re looking for an affordable option for a computer chair sitting in it 8 hrs a day for work. It’s pretty good.
