Here are the facts. Beans cause gas! Even though beans are really delicious and you take BEANO with them, you can still experience some issues if you eat beans fairly often. Gas-X is easy to take whenever there is an issue and reduces gas significantly. It is nice not to have that bloated feeling. I also think taking papaya enzymes helps as well with stomach bloat.
