My wife and I ordered the kits. Directions were very easy to follow. Once we registered the kits their progress was easy to track from shipping-delivery-labs. The results came back very detailed and easy to understand which genes had mutations and which ones were normal. This provided valuable insight to how are bodies are functioning the way they are. PlexusDx also offers add on reports which are extremely well priced to make purchasing more reports a no brainer. When we had questions Adam was very detailed and quick in responding. Customer service is top notch and inspires confidence in the quality of products they offer.

I couldn’t be more happy with my PlexusDx reports! My practitioner chose the methylation test. She thought it looked thorough. We were both very impressed with the report. It was very detailed and easy to understand. I love that it is like a road map to your individual pit falls in genetics but gives you the necessary bridges in support to change the course of your health. Keep in mind that genetic testing is an involved process and takes quite a bit of time to complete. Be patient, it’s worth the wait!

It's been FAR over a month since I sent the test kit in, and as of writing this, I still have not received any results. Further, company not responded to my many communications regarding this. Chargeback filing incoming if we do not receive what we paid for. Is this a scam???

As someone who has a family history of diabetes, I'm getting my blood drawn yearly to make sure I'm good. Those tests really don't give me the full picture though - i'm really looking forward to getting the results from this PlexusDX diabetes management test. I'm specifically interested in my predisposition to insulin resistance score - I think this will be a key marker for me. Pros: - The packaging was super clean and pretty darn professional if you ask me - The contents included a swab, a container with a little biohazard bag, pre-paid return envelope and clear instructions... thats it. +10 points for no unnecessary items or extra packaging - The swabs remind me of the ones you got in covid tests - Registration process was super clean and easy - You can see exactly what's going to be in the report; they post sample reports on their site Cons: - Have to wait 2-4 weeks for my results, but I guess I'll be patient. Definitely going to update my review afterwards and add in some details on how that side of it went - Report are huge, so be ready to have copious amounts of data based on their sample reports posted on their website I'm looking forward to getting my report, and hopefully get a better understanding of my future and risk categories. My future self is already thanking me!
