This is great for ear irrigation in medical clinics. Less risk of causing problems with the ear drum. I love it so much I normally buy one for clinics I travel too.

Works much better than the little squeeze bulb. Saves him trips to the doctors, works best with help. A little difficult to do on your own.

My earwax was itchy, uncomfortable, and it affected my hearing. I tried lots of different things to clear it out which often made things worse, sometimes much worse. The doctor was always able to take care of it, but I couldn't go to the doctor every month. Finally, I asked my doctor what he was using... Now I just prep my ears the night before with a little Debrox, then in the morning, I use a 50% solution of hydrogen peroxide and distilled water with the Elephant Ear. It does have a little pressure so I'm careful, but I don't need to go to the doctor for my ears anymore and my ears are great.

I bought this to flush and clean my ears why wouldn't the powder that is explained in the instructions not come with.

The 5 stars is for the company Doctor Easy!!! Amazon sent me wrong stuff. It was missing pieces in set. Tried to return to Amazon and wasn’t aloud, because is was medical. Got a hold of the company and they were phenomenal!!!! With a little communication they were kind, efficient and made it right and got my missing stuff out right away. Their customer service was top notch in my experience!

Dr. Easy company provided excellent support when I called about a break where the tube fastens on the bottle. The break was due to my lack of understanding, I thought the tube came off there.The product seems to do what it is supposed to. I will find out when my ENT doctor looks in my ears at my next appt.
