Bacalhau
I was very surprised by the amount of cod fillet, quite huge! I was a little worried about the order because they had sent an email that my order had been canceled due to the standards required for this type of product. But thank God everything went well and the cod arrived in time for me to celebrate my Christmas at Portuguese fashion. I'm so happy

Better than supermarket quality.
Delivery was as expected. The saltfish is worth the money and is better than what I get in the supermarket. I would recommend to others to try it.

utter garbage quality
I'm an ex commercial fisherman, and a keen cook. I really like Bacalau and after using the last of the fish I recently brought back from the North of Spain I restocked with this. It is terrible quality!! Nothing but skin and bones. Once desalinated the flesh which was existing was mostly yellowed. The cuts were all of a poor quality, mostly from near the tail where there is very little to eat. I desalinated for 4 days the first batch and it was still so salty it was unedible, on the second I left it for longer in the water in the fridge and when we went to eat it it smelled rotten already. After failing to find anything worth eating on the 3rd attempt I threw the rest of the pack away. Total waste of time.

I am just so sorry that it no longer is Portuguese salted-sundried cod, but an import.
Salted cod is always a delight and the number of dishes you can do with it, is just mind-blowing. Always happy to enjoy anything Portuguese and I will certainly buy more and again, from this Seller; pity they are up North. Anyway, thanks for existing guys. :) :) :)
