We just installed the Delta Modern 14 Series Square Rain Shower System in Brushed Gold, and we love it. The brushed gold finish is really warm and elegant — it looks much better in person than in the photos. It completely changed the look of our bathroom. The rainfall showerhead feels amazing. The water covers you nicely and has a soft, relaxing flow without feeling weak. The square design is modern and sleek, and the whole set feels solid and well made. The hand shower is really handy for rinsing off or cleaning the shower, and switching between it and the main showerhead is simple. Everything works smoothly, and installation went without any problems. Overall, it’s a stylish and functional upgrade that makes our shower feel more like a spa. Couldn’t be happier with it.

I’ve always associated Delta with quality, which is why I’ve spent thousands of dollars on their hardware throughout my home. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my view of the brand. The shower kit’s product photos clearly show a specific component included. That part did not come in the box. When I contacted Delta, I was shocked to be told they would not send the missing piece unless I paid for it myself — a part that costs roughly $50. This isn’t about the money. It’s about principle and customer service. When a company markets a product with photos that imply a part is included, the responsibility should be on them to make it right when it’s missing — especially for customers who have invested heavily in their products. Refusing to do so over a relatively inexpensive component feels petty and dismissive. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of customer support is unacceptable. This will be the last time I spend my money on Delta. Going forward, I’ll be choosing Moen — their customer support is lightyears ahead, and they actually stand behind their products. I expected better from Delta.

My wife and I are very happy with the Delta Faucet Modern Raincan 2-Setting Square Shower System that we purchased in August for our bathroom remodel. The look is amazing and exactly what we were going for in our new oasis. Except for the hose that came with the system everything (To us) is very high quality and great to interact with. Initially my wife was saying that the water was not getting hot enough for her (She prefers to burn off the top layer of skin where I like a comfortable shower) so all it took was an allen wrench and about 5 minutes to change the max temp so that my wife could go back to scolding herself daily. Back to that hose. It was a very cheap plastic hose, it did not straighten out and it just looked and felt cheap. We spent $20 for a replacement all metal hose and it is working great for us. At the end of the day, I highly recommend this product from Delta. We are glad we did not go with one of the cheap look a likes we were originally considering. Pros: - This thing looks great! - It is all metal and the internal valve seemed very high quality - Plenty of pressure from the shower head and handheld - This thing looks the part! - Easy to wipe down and clean Cons: - The hose it came with so cheap that we never actually hooked it up - It does show a lot of water marks, but it is certainly manageable

Love this. Bought this for elder mom’s renovated shower. It’s at least half the price of what it sells for in specialty plumbing stores. It’s very sturdy, and easy to control the temperature. I was a little concerned about the water flow coming out of the wand but it’s actually fine. I placed the wand down lower next to the diverter to give my mom some independence to shower on her own. Love that the diverter is easily accessible and next to the water control. It may seem pricey but it’s the cheapest brand name diverter you’ll get and it looks great. Was hesitant to go with an off brand after spending all that money to fix and retile the shower. Only complaint is that the hose was a cheap plastic. I bought another hose that’s more durable.
