These worked very well. I’ve added them to my subscription list. They do their part effectively! I didn’t have any cramps or stomach when taking them.

My family and I have been taking this supplement and I like the fact that it was made in USA. It stated that the product was tested by a third-party lab. I went to their website and I was able to see a result on "Labdoor". It's nice to see what you're taking is safe.

These are pretty large pills so if you have trouble swallowing pills you will probably need to either open them up or find a powder version. After using them for a couple months it’s hard to tell if they actually do anything. I have IBS and GERD that’s triggered by certain foods (mainly fatty foods but some spicy foods and animal products as well). I haven’t really noticed this make a difference if I don’t also change my diet. My energy levels haven’t changed and I still get GI problems.They might work for others but they didn’t make a big difference for me.

Easy to use and seem to work. The enzymes make breaking down my food easier. They are easy to swallow but you don’t get much for your money.

As with any supplement, I can only tell you how these work for me. You won't know if they are any good for you without trying them yourself. Having said that, it's good to know in advance which supplements look safe and which might be a little risky. The enzyme names all looked familiar. The capsules also contain probiotics and prebiotics, many with familiar names. The probiotics I kind of have to take on faith, so the only item in this mix I had to look up is XOS and it's a mouthful--Xylooligosaccharide. Looking at a few articles, I realized I was in over my head, but the general consensus seems to be that XOS is an antioxidant and its benefits can include a reduction of blood cholesterol, the maintenance of gastrointestinal health and a reduced risk of colon cancer. That sounded good enough for me to go ahead and try this product. The white capsules are medium size and easy to swallow; the bottle has a clean, neutral smell; with a suggested serving size of one capsule, the bottle will last two months. So far my body tolerates these pills well and I think they are doing me some good.
