Sensodyne Pronamel is the only toothpaste I will use. I have sensitive teeth and this helps keep the pain at bay. It cleans well while still being gentle and is recommended by my dentist. I'm not sure if I really notice any results from the whitening part but my dentist says since I am an avid coffee drinker, the staining to my teeth is fairly minimal compared to others, so maybe it does work. The flavor is mild but fresh and the price is better on Amazon than at the store I usually shop at.

I use this every day. Was recommended by the dental hygienist. I don’t remember how long it took to help my very sensitive teeth, but because of this toothpaste I can bite into apples and ice pops and eat ice cream with no pain. I have been using it for at least 5 years. I also do not get cavities. I use the fluoride version. It does not whiten my teeth. No toothpaste can whiten teeth, no matter what the package says, but it does clean well with my electric toothbrush and floss. Does not burn my mouth as strongly flavored toothpaste used to.

Sensodyne is really effective for sensitive teeth. It allows me to drink cold liquids without wincing or jumping out of my skin so I really like all varieties of it. This one, the Pronamel one, isn't my favorite but it works well as far as desensitizing. It isn't as fresh tasting as most other varieties and it doesn't whiten as well as most of the others. I need that because my teeth are stained from tea drinking. Usually Sensodyne whitening toothpastes do a great job of removing those stains. This one helps but doesn't quite do the job. I can't really say whether it has helped save my enamel, which I am losing, but I am sure it isn't hurting it. I am happy with this toothpaste for desensitizing and for general cleaning of my teeth. It is fresh enough that I don't need mouthwash but I prefer a stronger flavor. If it actually helps save my enamel, I will happily give up the whitening and use activated charcoal to do that part (which I do use anyway). I will have to see what my dentist says when I go back as far as how my enamel is holding up. I can't actually see any specific changes in my enamel but it is gentle. Great for people with sensitive teeth who also are concerned with enamel loss. Not as great for those who want superior whitening or a really bold, fresh flavor. Still, you can't beat the brand for really helping to make sensitive teeth more bearable, no matter what variety you choose.

I received these a few days ago. I have been using Gel Kam for years and it definitely helps sensitivity. These arrived on time if not a few days early. The expiration date is 09/2024... which is 14 months away. I probably will finish the 2 tubes a lot sooner as I use it 2x a day. I think it is good value for the money. My drugstore charges more.

I also didn't believe it could truly relieve tooth sensitivity. However, once I used it, I quickly changed my mind. This product works so well. Not only does it relieve the sensitivity but it also helps whiten your teeth. My dentist suggested using it at night and just spitting the toothpaste out and not rinsing. When I did this I noticed a drastic reduction in how sensitive my teeth were. I really didn't care for the taste so my dentist suggested using another toothpaste in the morning and during the day when I would notice the taste for longer periods of time. This was the perfect solution for my husband and me. If you have sensitive teeth I would suggest giving Sensodyne Pronamel a try. You might find the perfect solution like I did in that little tube.

I have been using Sensodyne for years, at the advice of my dentist. I bought this particular twin pack because of the great price that was offered at the time of purchase. The flavor is good. Not too much. I have always trusted this brand, so I assume the whitening capabilities are as advertised my Sensodyne.
