No good if taller than 5 foot 4
I was really disappointed in this Walker, bought to replace my previous one of the same make (about 2 years old). The handles while adjustable, have only five different height settings, where my previous one has 7, I’m not massively tall at 5 foot 6 but even at the highest height it’s too low to be comfortable and obviously I need to feel comfortable and confident when using this due to mobility issues. Sadly it has to be returned and I now have to embark on a search to find a replacement that will go higher than five notches.

Lever to lock it into place when open can be a bit stiff.
Bought this for my Mother who is very pleased with it.It required very little assembly on arrival. Only needing the hadle fitted and adjusted to the right hieght. The height adjustment should fit most people. The brakes work well and it was easy to open out although the locking handle is stiff until its been used a few times. A little light oil helped with that. The bag is handy for small items but won't hold more than the average small carrier bag. It is not water proof as rain will get in around the edges of the top which closes using velcro pads.In use, my Mother found it helped her walking and she felt it was very stable. She did have a little trouble getting it onto pavements from the roadside but that just took a little practice to get the front wheel up.Overall it feels reasonably well made and should last quite a while

Brilliant. Highly recommended for an ageing relativeUpdate,,, A problem has arisen over time as the screw holding the handle and brake-lever came loose and fell out and was lost. Apparently the seller or the manufacturer do not supply and one cannot get replacements which mean one has to use electrical tape to hold the handlebar / brake lever in place. This screw also cannot be purchased in your local hardware store as the head is for an Allen Key and has to be as an L-shaped allen key is required due to the shape of the handle. The handle still works OK with electrical tape applied, but seems a bit ridiculous one has to resort to this option even from a safety point of view for an elderly person who may not be as sure-footed as the rest of us if the tape gives way. Food for Thought.

Excellent Product
My wife has really bad mobility problems which have become progressively worse. I ordered the wheel walker which was to be delivered on Wed next but it arrived early today Friday less than 48hrs after order placed. It was more solid than I expected as it was reasonably priced. It came complete with only the handlebars to fit which was very easy. Simply slot in and line up the holes to desired height before finally securing them with bolt and plastic tightener. Two minutes and it is ready to go. Brakes are good and easy to use. Overall my wife was very please with this very useful purchase.

Missing parts
Both screws were missing and plastic seal around handle too.

Worth the money
It is very steady to walk with and turns easily. The breaks work well, but were a little too stiff for comfort at first. They were fine after a few uses. The height is adjustable and the walker folds up well. The bag is a good size with velcro tabs to hold the top closed. I am comfortable with it. My one concern is that the tyres may be less durable than I am used too. We must wait and see on that.

Great mobility product
Bought for my mother who is having mobility problems at the moment, she loves it and uses it all the time now when out and about as it’s easy to move and has a great wee storage section, I would recommend this to anyone 😊

Reasonable for the money
Seems OK, but wouldn't be any use to a taller person. Also, the assembly required is simply a bolt, which although has a nice bit to hold, does allow movement of the handles. The supplier could improve this and put in one of those disposable spanners so you can tighten the bolt (ie. being able to hold the nut still as you tighten the bolt).
