Wow! What a nice fine ground cornmeal! It created the best textured and tasty cornmeal muffins I’ve ever baked or eaten in my life. Very fresh produce also.

I got this to make fried green tomatoes and it works and tastes great for that. I almost never eat corn since it is almost all GMO now, so I am most pleased that this heirloom organic purple corn comes from a small grower in South Carolina. The flour is a bit finer than typical corn meal, but it still works fine for breading

I have never had such delicious grits before- I’ve tried many brands The Marsh Hen grits are full of flavor and I’m so glad to discover this brand! I cook these grits with chicken broth/chicken BONE BROTH plus a few garlic cloves and butter - they taste great!
