One of the best shampoo's I've used that both helps my scalp and keeps my hair from drying out. Not only that but it doesn't have that medicinal or chemical smell that some shampoo's like Nizoral or CeraVe have. It will not fix all of your issues on its own but it will definitely make you feel better and your hair will feel softer after using it.

I cannot praise this shampoo enough. Putting perms in my hair did alot of damage to my hair and scalp. With Dr Groot, im on a healing path. I am going to second what another reviewer wrote. The body of the shampoo bottle has a safety seal on it however, it does not continue over the cap, which is weird. There’s no safety seal on the cap. There’s a tiny piece of tape on the cap that was not a seal. As expensive as this is, I would expect it to be sealed.
