I keep buying this when it’s on sale
I bought this for myself. The taste is okay. You get used to it. I mix it with a frother and drink it pretty quickly. What I like most is that it doesn’t have sucralose and it doesn’t make my hands feel prickly like some other pre-workouts do. I do wish it were a little more affordable, so I try to buy it when it’s on sale. I also really like the travel packets because they’re easy to bring with me when I need them.

Energize is my go to pre workout. Works perfectly, dissolves with a quick shake. Pricey but worth it.

I have loved this product for a decade. However, since I’ve started tracking my blood sugar and this raises it by 30 points because of the cane sugar. I’m bummed but I have to look for an alternative.
