A great Vitamin B complex. Not only has it given me a boost during the day, when I take it right before I get in bed, I sleep thru the night with only one wake up! I still need at least 8 hours of sleep, but at least I'm sleeping better.

I’ve tried several B-complex supplements over the years, and the thing that always frustrated me was the disconnect between the label and what my body was actually getting. Most budget options use cheap, synthetic forms that require conversion steps in the body — and if you have any MTHFR gene variants or absorption issues, you’re essentially paying for a supplement that isn’t working. That’s why the formulation on Triquetra’s BioActive B-Complex Max Strength caught my attention. What sets this apart — the ingredient forms: The B12 alone is worth calling out. Most supplements give you cyanocobalamin (a synthetic form). This one uses all three coenzyme forms — Methylcobalamin (800 mcg), Adenosylcobalamin, and Hydroxocobalamin — which are how B12 actually exists in the body. The B9 is L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (L-Methylfolate) rather than folic acid, which is the bioavailable form that doesn’t require MTHFR conversion. B1 is BenfoPure® Benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form with significantly higher bioavailability than standard thiamine. B5 uses Pantesin® Pantethine, and B6 is Pyridoxal-5’-phosphate….again, the active forms. This level of formulation detail in a single capsule is genuinely rare. One capsule per day: 60 capsules, one daily dose. No splitting, no timing complexity. Easy to stack with other supplements. Clean label: Soy-free, gluten-free, GMO-free, and vegan. Other ingredients are just Hypromellose and rice fiber. Nothing unnecessary. My experience: Within the first week I noticed a modest but real uptick in mental clarity and sustained energy through the afternoon…the window where I typically hit a wall. No jitteriness, no neon-yellow urine overload (a sign of poorly absorbed riboflavin being flushed out). Digestion-friendly even on an empty stomach. One minor note: The amber glass bottle is a nice touch for light protection, but the box did show some minor shipping wear. Doesn’t affect the product at all…worth mentioning for packaging-conscious buyers. Bottom line: If you’ve ever wondered why your B-complex “isn’t doing anything,” the answer is almost always the ingredient forms. Triquetra gets that right. For anyone who’s health-conscious, deals with fatigue, or simply wants a supplement that’s actually doing what it says, this is one of the better-formulated options I’ve come across at this price point.

Great product, odor less, tastes less, the only problem is it changes the color of your pee.

I’ve been taking the BioActive Vitamin B Complex for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with how I feel. It’s gentle on my stomach but still gives me noticeable energy and focus without any jitters. I like that it’s methylated and bloodstream ready — it seems to absorb so much better than other B complexes I’ve tried in the past. I feel more balanced throughout the day and it’s become part of my daily wellness routine. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
