I've 73. I had HBP since my mid-30s. I had been on one or more BP meds since my early 40s. They only had nominal success in controlling it. About 5 years ago I got notice from the Pharmacy that the BP med I was taking was made in China and impurities had been found, sufficient to pull it from the market. I was switched to another one. 1.5 years later, same thing happened. I got really ticked off and went off all BP prescription meds and on an internet research binge. The benefits of Nitric Oxide (L-Arginie) in controlling HBP kept coming up. Based mainly on my research and Amazon Reviews I ordered 90 days supply. In 60 days my BP was lower than I could ever remember it being. I went from a typical 190/89 to 135/68. I also noticed that the size of the surface vains were much larger. I've had periods where my BP was 124/40. So, I can say that at least for me, Nitric Oxide is not just for body builders, or men with ED issues.

I workout a lot and take multiple brands of L-Arginine some at the same time so its hard to tell if this particular brand is making a huge difference. I look at it like this Arginine is one of the supplements that should be in your daily regimen regardless if you feel a big difference or not. It helps with blood flow which is what muscles need to grow and what men need to have hard erections so from those two aspects alone I believe in this product

I have been taking L Arginine for decades and have changed brands like twice or trice. This brand however seems to have more than the others I have taken. I have noticed a slight spike of energy in the morning (testosterone wise) and have found out I can do more when working out. The thing about the increased blood flow is that as a guy we notice it down there; yeah... your woods will be more solid and fuller. This needs to be said because it's part of what it does. Regarding flavor, please don't take the pill apart; it will be like eating cinnamon.As with any blood flow booster, please be careful if you are on blood thinners as this can hurt you if you're wounded. Other than that, it's a slight increase in effects due to more quantity.

I like how it has ceyenne pepper in first off which is pretty cool! But as far as benefits I have experience no benefits from the supplement. It has been one week or more since I took my first pills. And so far I might feel a little more energy at the gym but I cant tell if it is my natural energy from before or if it is coming from taking these supplements. Hard to tell at the moment but will update if any results later on!

This is my first use of L-Arginine and it has been more than a month since I started with this product. The ingredients and being gluten and preservative-free, as well as the ratings, led me to try this product out. I'm currently also on creatine and tribulus tabs, both from different companies. Life's stress from work, family, lack of sleep & skipping meals for the past years have taken a toll. 56yrs young & still athletic, currently down to a small 5'3" frame from spinal deformity, at a stable 135lb. Still maintaining a lean hard body naturally on 2x weekly workout sessions for the past 3 decades. Maybe this L-Arginine is helping to maintain where I'm at this stage of life, muscularity and energy-wise. I'll see how it goes as I continue with this product, along with creatine. So far, I give it 5 stars for what its worth. Aka Mystertouchup

I received my order of the L-Arginine supplement from NutraChamps. The seal on the outside of the bottle was intact but the seal under the cap was not sealed to the top inside of the bottle, and one capsule was damaged and just about empty, also two other capsules were half full. Please see pictures of the bottle and the capsules. I can would like to have this replaced. This bottle needs to be returned.Update:NutraChamps, gave me a refund, I reordered another bottle of Premium L Arginine 1500mg Nitric Oxide Supplement from NutraChamps. This bottle arrived on time, fully sealed and I am very please with this product. NutraChamps sales quality products, I will continue to buy from NutraChamps and highly recommend them for there quality products. I am also changing my rating from one star to five stars. I tried to write a review, but it was removed. Let's see if the truth police stop this one. They changed the ingredients. This has Magnesium Stearate in it. Which is not good for your body, at all! A lot of PR has been done on the internet to make it sound like Magnesium Stearate is not so bad. Wrong! I used to buy it monthly and noticed capsules had different color them. Vitamins are supposed to help you. You would never go out to eat and say, hey while your back there can you sprinkle some Magnesium Stearate on my salad. Vitamin business is huge money and highly unregulated. The pretty labels "No Gmo" and people in work out clothes getting pumped are the promotion. Better off to buy CLEAN products and keep your eye on the ball. Good ingredients are everything!
