Worth it
Cat loves, soft and easy for the kittens. Definitely pricey. But worth it

Do your research, save some money!
It was our kittens favorite food. It was hard to transition to stage 3, but we just mixed them. Now he’s using purina pro plan, which is way cheaper, and side by side same nutrition.

Excellent Product
I've been feeding my baby Persians and momma's this product for years. Expensive but worth it for my pure breeds.

she loves it!
our sweet new kitten came to us after being found in a Taco Bell parking lot. underweight and a bit feral, she was remarkably flea-free, mite free and otherwise healthy. timo get her weight up and guarantee her the best start we can give her, she's getting Royal Canin Kitten & Mom wet food, combined with another premium brand dry kitten food. she loves this stuff!I'll keep her on this until she's 4-5 months or her weight stabilizes. grateful such a product is made and the price here beats our local PetSmart (where customer service is lacking anyhow).our vet approves our choice of food, btw. said she can stay on it until she's ready to be fixed, if we're okay with it and she continues to thrive.she was feral. now, she's so spoiled.please spay & neuter your cats!

Shop SMART! You CAN afford this amazing food for your kitty!
So far sooo great!!! A rescue kitten, at only 3 1/2 weeks old, came into my life just over 1 month ago. While I was looking to adopt a rescue, it seemed like many of the rescue agencies used & suggested a certain brand, even at so young. I was rather surprised. I did not find my little girl from a typical rescue agency, so I was asking around, a lot!! The “cat expert” at a Petsmart I went to, had mentioned that this SUPER wealthy family in Newport ONLY feed their animals this brand. I thought, of course a wealthy family goes for the priciest food, right? So, after passing on the Royal Canin the 1st time, thinking Petsmart was just trying to up-sell me, I started doing more research. Then, I finally tried a few cans of the BABYCAT Instinctive. Kitten was at the “weaning formula” stage at this point, and, great advertising/lingo of the health benefits or not, she not only immediately took to it, but her coat seemed to become healthier; so shiny in just 2 days!! Since then, I have attempted 2 other brands — understanding that changing food brands can cause some tummy upset the first couple of day. I tried to do a 1/2 & 1/2 cross-over, twice. While she’d eat it, it seemed very clear that the change was not pleasant for her or myself!! Oh!! The smells of the other 2 brands were NOT fun (fresh out of the can, or at the other end!). I get it. Even if it smells bad to us, if it’s good for her, it’s worth it. I just haven’t been able to find ANY other brand that she loves so much!! Beyond the ingredients that give me peace of mind, it really seems to make her coat shine, and she smells so good!! Most kittens/cats will have that cat smell. She actually smells good!! I can’t explain it. Also, her “business” is far less stinky than with the other brands I tried (yes, she’s completely off the weaning formula already). Pros: Ingredients, SMELL, kitten loves it, & it truly does feel like I’m giving her the best possible nutrition, especially being that she so obviously didn’t have mother’s milk for anywhere near long enough. Cons: Cost$$. I felt like it was going to hurt. I FELT like I was being suckered into giving my kitten what this ultra wealthy fam fed their animals, it did. I will always go for a better priced brand, IF, it works as well...on many ranges of products. Now, as long as I shop smart, I am able to find this exact brand & style (I’m keeping her on the BABYCAT stage/level for the recommended 4 months of age) in bulk, at a great price!! I’m able to match, or even beat, the other “top line” brand pricing!! I end up spending approx $1.69/day feeding her a quality product that we both love. There are deals out there!! Bottom Line: Worth it!! For her AND for my nose!!
