Overall serving our needs well, hoping the film binding to the card issue will clear up with continued use.
Overall the product has done exactly what we need. We probably have about 400 cards printed so far (not a high volume application but needed the per-car speed and ideally long term life due to the price). The print quality is solid with good color reproduction and resolution. We use the Zebra software for badge design and less drama interfacing software and printer. Reason for knocking off a star is we have seen binding of the film during printing on two out of four hundred prints so far. We are inside the 1000 print cleaning window so we really shouldn't be seeing such a high fail rate. In both instances the film had to be spliced back together after tearing, losing 1-2 prints on the printing film.

Great printer, quick shipping, and the ID Zone folks are pretty helpful.***One note of caution!!! This printer does not come with a ribbon. Please plan on spending up to another $193 to purchase a ribbon. I wished this was noted in the description. I would have purchased one with an option to add a ribbon.otherwise, no problems, no concerns.
