I take L-Lysine to prevent fever blisters. If I ever run out and forget to take it for a period of time, then sure enough one small fever blister will start to form on my lip, and so I quickly order more and start taking it. Within 48 hours, it goes away. I like this brand because the capsule is easy to swallow and it has some other nutrients, like vitamin C, in it, as well as being effective in preventing fever blisters.

As a 45-year-old who has struggled with canker sores my whole life, these have been a game changer. I can’t believe the difference, it’s shocking. For reference, I am petite and take two pills everyday. I do have to take them religiously as a preventative, but the results are amazing! They truly keep canker sores at bay and the ONE canker sore I did get healed super fast. The biggest plus? I didn’t get sick once this past winter even though my husband and coworkers got sick frequently. I can’t say for sure that these pills are the reason but it definitely feels related.

It works great, especially during the Winter months. Regardless, I take it all year round.

This Lysine supplement is great!!! I know that there is real ingredients in this product, because I can smell and taste the garlic as I swallow the pills. I recommend this product!!

Only been using for about a month so really can’t tell. I will continue to use. No smell it easy to swallow.
